Can you replace the batteries when they run out?

We didn't try to replace as my dd played so much with this, she broke many things but I think you can easily. It's been ongoing time I bought this doctor set, batteries still work.

What batteries does this take

No idea. It came with them in and that was Xmas and they’re still working. Watch batteries I assume. Cracking little set! My daughters still delighted with it 7 months after getting it.

Does the thermometer have a light and does it give a beep like a real one?

Thermometer lights but not beep. Lots of the items light and the stethoscope gives a heart sound brilliant for the money

Has the torch habe a plastic cover on top of the bulb as photo do not really show single items

I brought for my grandchildren long time ago and quite honestly, I hadn’t been around when they play with it , so can’t really answer. Sorry
