I used this a total of 8 times. says battery is charged, but when i press power it just beeps! what the heck? past the return window!

Awful.

IMPORTANT: this is listed as non-returnable (due to lithium battery) but I was asked to return it so they could check if it is defective!! Mine came from the USA, more problems if you attempt to return it. They suggested I return it using an international courier - not always easy nor cheap.What I received cannot be a genuine eye massager that is working correctly. It is either faulty or bogus. It is not comfortable, not pleasant around the eye area and does not vary the choice of massages. Worstof all it is so noisy it would cause a headache if used for long, there is no chance to relax because of the sound like a drill & more. I have contacted the seller for a refund and got offered just £40!!! I would avoid this massager & this supplier. I wanted an eye massager but have now been put off the idea.

Good idea, poorly executed

I'm in two minds about returning this. It's barely comfortable as is, being quite heavy and rigid. It feels like reasonable quality, but the reality sets in quickly. The massage function is good, as is the heat function, but the compressor function cannot be switched off to keep heat only. This means you have to have at least one of the motorised functions operational to heat your eyes. Not great. The device also does not completely cover your eyes, so not a complete solution.The noise the motors make couple to make the device scarcely relaxing to use. The Bluetooth speakers are an awful, tinny things and don't cover up the motor noise.I can imagine if suffering from a headache this device being pretty helpful. But for what I hoped to use it for, no. Quite disappointing.
