I have been having a lot of pain in my left foot. I came to Amazon looking for some relief. I found these and decided to give them a try. Once I was able to figure out how to put them on, I noticed immediate relief. These seem to help with my flat-footedness and give me a bit of arch support. I would recommend wearing these with larger size shoes, as they don't really fit with normal-sized shoes. I also wear them barefoot around my house. Hopefully with long-term wear, I will find some long-term relief with my foot pain!
