Will this product stick to glass?

not sure, but I use it to stick ceramics.

Will this stick 2 pieces of vinyl together for cushions?

I've just tried sticking 2 bits of material together and it remained stuck but, with a bit of force, it did pull apart. The glue soaked through to the other sides of the material though so I had to watch what it was lying on. When dry the material was hard and 'scratchy' - not sure if all of this applies to vinyl though. Hope this is helpful.

I used it in my marine aquarium for sticking corals to rocks. It works but it is not thick gel and I would’nt use it again
