When is helicopter arrived? It was well packaged and seemed pretty good. However, it was a bit complicated for our daughter to use. It broke within an hour we contacted Amazon and were given a refund. I wouldn't recommend this product

It good product for ease of use for kids , battery life is around 15 min to 20 min . Works in mild wind park but may not work invade wind is high .

Great for beginers
I recently purchased a Simrex X40 for my grandson. He was thrilled with it, it took only a couple of minutes to set up and he had it in the air. He found the controls easy to pick up and soon had the basics mastered. On another point of interest I contacted Simrex customer service to get some further technical information and found them to be quick to reply, helpful and positive. All in all good value for the price.

Appareil qui refuse de voler, malgré toutes mes tentatives , changement de batteries etc... Les hélices tournent un peu puis tout s'arrête. MAJ 01/25 : s'il est bien marqué "retour gratuit" en description du produit, cette démarche s'est avérée bien compliquée puisque les frais de port restaient à charge. Le vendeur étant absolument injoignable, c'est finalement amazon qui m'a remboursé intégralement. Bravo au service client !

Muy chulo pero no funciona, vendedor muy bueno y agradable.
El aparato está muy chulo, los acabados y tal, pero ni un día voló una vez y ya! Lo ponías a volar subía y de golpe se para como si dejase de tener conexión entre el mando y el helicóptero. Mi hijo muy desilusionado. El vendedor se puso en contacto conmigo y me lo ha solucionado muy rápido y muy,muy amable. El vendedor ha sido muy cordial y eficiente. Muy contenta.

Also das war wohl mit Abstand das coolste Weihnachtsgeschenk. Die Akkus halten so ca 10 min, daher rettet einen der zweite Akku, wenn es grade gut läuft und plötzlich der Saft wegbleibt. Der Hubschrauber startet und bleibt dann in der Luft stehen. Mann kann entspannt die Lenkung üben, ohne dass er gleich auf den Boden kracht. Mein Neffe ist 8 und nach ein oaar Minuten haben wir schon Hindernisse durchflogen, durch Türen und Fenster und auf einer Zeitung die Landung geübt. Hat selbst mir Spass gemacht. Ich hab sonst gar keine Lust auf Ferngesteuerte Autos, Eisenbahnen etc
