Sturdy and easy to use
Sturdy, comfortable and lighter than my wheelchair. Easy fold out and lots of storage space. Easy rolling even over rougher terrain.

Happy with it.
Bought this for my elderly mother so she could easily be switched from walking to being pushed. Under seat area is roomy. She likes to pack her phone, yarn and snacks with her. She commented that all the staff members at her assisted living facility thinks it’s great.

Very convenient to have one walker that can also be used like a wheelchair
The ELENKER All Terrain Rollator Walker Transport Wheelchair Combo came packaged very well with 9 parts (two of which are tethered together by a brake cable), along with screw with knobs, and three accessories (a belt for securing, a cup holder and a cane holder). The main frame is all assembled with the seat, the back rest and a carry bag already attached. The only things that need to be installed are the handles with the brake lever, the front wheels and the back wheels as well as the foot rests if using those for transport. No tools are needed. The main frame is constructed of tubular metal and thick heavy duty plastic joints/parts.The handles are molded and contoured hard rubber so they are comfortable, stable and cleanable. The hand brakes are easy to reach and have a cut out that is really nice so you can quickly grasp it if needed. The back rest is constructed of a stiff pad covered with nylon material sewn on—it is sewn well and appears durable. The back rest is movable to accommodate how a person is going to sit on the walker’s seat (forward or backward). The wheels are large with a hard rubber that has some tread embossed on it and roll easily. The seat is constructed of a thick pad with a zippered nylon cover. The seat flips up to access the carry bag underneath it but the seat does not remove. The carry bag is attached to the main frame with snaps so it is removable. The cup holder and the cane holder each have a peg that they slide onto located on the sides of the main frame. The belt is for use when someone is sitting on the walker as it is being used like a wheel chair/transporter.The ELENKER All Terrain Rollator Walker Transport Wheelchair Combo is adjustable for height from about 35.5” to 41.5”, using the handles to change the height of the operator of the walker wheelchair combo—the handles are clearly marked for the levels (1 through 7) to adjust to so it is easy to know both are set to the same height. The seat height is at about 21.75”. the seat dimensions are 15.5” wide by 14.25” deep, and the seat height does not change. The ELENKER All Terrain Rollator Walker Transport Wheelchair Combo is collapsible front to back by pulling and lifting up the walker with the metal cross bar that is in the center of the main frame of the walker and is concealable inside the carry bag when it is on the main frame. When collapsed, the walker wheelchair combo is probably about 14” slim. The weight of it is not too heavy so it is manageable to lift and move.In wheelchair/ transport use, there are two very short arm rests on the main frame, most likely usable for someone to briefly hold onto when sitting or putting their elbows on when seated. The foot rests easy to put on and remove as they are designed like hangers, similar to most wheelchairs. Although to make sure a person’s feet are not dragging on the ground or impeding movement, the foot rests are a bit light weight for the plastic foot piece and the strap is too short making only the heel of a foot fit on the foot piece so a large foot may not stay on the foot pieces very well and the straps do not adjust—perhaps they should be adjustable to make it more universal.Overall, this is a nice and versatile to use as a walker or a wheelchair/transporter when needed. The ELENKER All Terrain Rollator Walker Transport Wheelchair Combo is sturdy. This combination helps to simplify but also cover the needs of many individuals for mobility purposes as well as declutter what can be large items to have around or trying to store.I’d rate this walker as 4.5 stars.

Great concept, but has some design flaws
The media could not be loaded. There's a lot to like about this convertible rollator/wheelchair. It's a clever design that allows you to switch quickly and easily between the two configurations. You can literally go from walker to wheelchair in about 20 seconds. But there are also some not so great things. I detailed it all below...THE GOOD:It rolls and maneuvers very well. The hand grips are excellent (comfortable rubber grips). The cupholder is a nice touch -- it can hold my 18 oz water bottle. The braking works great. Although one of my brakes didn't engage well from the start and had to be adjusted (the instruction books shows you how -- you just use a wrench like with bicycle brakes). It folds easily for transport (though you do have to lift off the foot rests first) and it opens just as easily.THE MEDIOCRE:The cane holder is just okay. The resting cup at the bottom is fine, but there's no upper clip for the cane. Instead, you have to fiddle with velcro to attach it to the walker frame. It kind of seems like an afterthought. I'm also not thrilled with how the brake lines are right up against the wheelchair armrests even when you velcro them against the frame the way they're supposed to be. Oh and the foot rests have no height adjustment to them, so they're not so great for short people.THE BAD:The seat has a wood base which makes it incredibly sturdy (it's wood with a piece of foam on it, encased in a zippered nylon fabric) and it's reasonably comfortable. However, the seat is also the lid for the storage bag and every time you lift it to put something in there, you have to set it down *gently* to avoid the clacking sound of the wood seat bottom hitting the metal frame. Eh, not too big of a deal, right? Well...When the chair is in wheelchair position, your legs overhang the hinged side of the seat and unless you can plant your feet flat on the floor (impossible for short people) and stand straight up without sliding forward at all when getting up, the seat will flip up a bit and then loudly CLACK back down as you stand. This is an issue that could probably be solved by adding a bumper to the underside of the seat or, better yet, having some sort of latch on there, but at this price, I shouldn't have to devise a customization to fix such an obvious design flaw.Aside from the loud seat issue and having to adjust the brakes right away, there were two other problems I encountered from the start: The seat had a significant dent in the foam and the backrest was wavy. Those are obviously from other parts being compressed against them in the box. Even after being set up for a few days, neither piece regained its proper shape. My work-around for the seat cushion was to unzip the cover, pull out the foam and flip it over. Now at least the dent is on the underside and doesn't show through anymore. The backrest, however, is probably going to stay wavy until it corrects its shape with enough use (I assume body weight and heat will correct it over time). If not, I'll utilize the warranty and see about getting it resolved.

Ripped strap and no response from customer service
Strap on the left foot rest ripped off completely on the second use of this wheelchair. I contacted customer service and have yet to hear back. Currently, it can only safely be used as a walker.
