Q: Is Amaranth Gluten free ? I read it was but have seen a comment below that suggest it is not.

That is what I thought and ordered it for my wife. Unfortunately when it arrived we found it wasn't, we contacted this manufacturer and they told us they could not guarantee that any of their food is Gluten Free.We have still been looking and so far have not found it anywhere else.

I wash the quantity I need and then cook for approx. 15 mins I have tried steaming but it didn't work for me..
