Great nonstick pan at an affordable price. I saw great reviews of this professional line on cooking sites and received the 12 inch pan as a gift. Nonstick, easy clean up and holds up wrll. Loved it and had to get the small one. Perfect for eggs. Just hand wash and use soft utensils.

I am not a chef or a full time cook generally. My wife got injured so I had to take over the cooking for a bit and she ordered this pan for me. Several months later and still using it and have not managed to mess it up yet, and not for a lack of trying. The non stick works as expected, not sure how to rate it other than it works. It cleans easily, but stuff does get caught on the 3 rivets inside but they are still easily cleaned. I have used this pan twice daily since i have gotten it and enjoy doing the cooking with it. It seems to heat evenly through out the pan. The handle cover (feels silicon like) is very nice and helps me hold the pan even when hot. My biggest surprise was doing eggs and seeing how they come out. The old pan we had the eggs would appear dark and crusty, but on this they eggs were white and appeared like a fake plastic egg (they were not just looked like one) and it tasted nice. Would definitely get another one if needed but will be getting the 12 inch one next for bigger meals.

After 1 year and 2 months of regular use, I can say this pan performed quite well—even under heavy use. ✅ I used it on low, medium, and high heat, and it handled all temperatures perfectly. ✅ It worked great for cooking eggs, different kinds of chicken, and heating tortillas. ❌ I wouldn’t recommend it for roasting vegetables—it’s hard to clean afterward. ⚠️ A key detail: I usually use silicone utensils to protect my nonstick pans, but during a period when I was living with my sister, she used stainless steel utensils, which seriously damaged the nonstick coating. This isn’t the pan’s fault—but it’s an important reminder: use proper utensils if you want it to last. 📝 Other things to consider: • The pan is slightly heavy. • It works very well on a gas stove, but I wouldn’t recommend it for glass-ceramic cooktops, since it tends to slide around and makes cooking more difficult. 📌 Bottom line: This is a solid pan if you use it properly—with the right utensils and on a compatible stove. After over a year of heavy use, mine has served its purpose, but it’s time to replace it because my sister damaged it with stainless steel utensils.

The New York Times' Wirecutter division is entirely right: this is the very best sauté pan made. Right size, right heft, heats quickly and evenly, cleans up easily... and it is oven-proof.

This frying pan is very nice and heavy duty. I wasn't sure i would like the handle but it is great. Works best if I use a little lower heat and give it time to heat up (as I was used to the thinner, cheaper ones). Clean-up is a breeze.

I absolutely love this pan. This is my 3rd Tramontina 14" Pan. I bought it in the past at Costco. Since they no longer carry it I was afraid I wouldn't be able to buy one again but thankfully Amazon came through! This pan is so well made, huge cooking surface and easy to clean. Heat stays even all over the pan. I love the red handle, too. They last incredibly long before some of the non-stick surface wears off. I bought this one for a second home we have since I literally use my other one several times a week. The only con is that there isn't any lid that fits this. Even trying to use a lid from my other set doesn't work as it's so big but if that's it's only con, I'll happily live with it!

We have had 5 years of consistent good quality with this pan. We don’t put it in the dishwasher. We rarely use metal utensils with it. Eggs still slide out. Seared meat leaves some residue but it still pretty easily scrubs out. Hard to beat, especially at the price!
