It works like a champ each time I use it. Very easy to see and read. Lightweight also.
I had another one of these but sometimes it worked and most often it didn't. I needed one to work all the time so that is why I purchased this one. So far it is working Great! That's the most important thing for me. Plus I love the bright read-out and the different colors. Also you can change the position of the read-out! I downloaded the app and haven't really spent much time with it except I like that I can save my readings for my dr which will be good for my next visit ( if I can remember to do it, ;) )

Small Device handles Big Responsibility Well
Needing oxygen constantly means needing to monitor one's oxygen levels. This little gadget works well and shows pulses too. With Bluetooth we keep a record too which comes in handy and it is quite accurate.

Quality workmanship
I purchased this one after I had previously purchased one from a retail store because it has Bluetooth ability and I was pleasantly impressed because of the craftsmanship of the device. It is made with durable materials so that it doesn’t feel like it is going to break when you use it. Amazingly it was just a few dollars more and the durability is worth that. It paired easily with my Ihealth app, unfortunately it did not with my welltory app, it may be because they haven’t gotten together to include it so I have to use both apps to get my desired readings. I also like the idea that you can record your readings so I can share them with my Dr or family if desired. It also has 2 other readings unlike the other one I had which only recorded oxygen levels and pulse rate. I would suggest this one for anyone who wants to keep an eye on their heart health. I recently had double bypass surgery 9 months ago and have had issues with oxygen that are normal but this added device give a bit of peace of mind. I regularly check my blood pressure, and ECG daily and have incorporated this during the same time with little change in my routine.

Worth the money
Easy and accurate. I tried a cheaper oximeter that was totally worthless and was returned. This one is a keeper because it is easy to read, works with or without phone app.

Paramedic's Review
This thing rocks. I work as a paramedic and sometimes our $15,000 monitor decides to act like it's from dollar tree. I use this in conjunction w our monitor and it is a life saver. Why this thing is so awesome:1. Bluetooth - absolute game changer for me. not only can you save recordings for later but the connection is seamless. open the app and it instantly connects with no fuss. since i'm usually sitting behind the patient I can monitor the oxygen saturation and waveform with my phone sitting up and not have to constantly look at their finger2. Plethysmograph - the waveform shown on the screen allows to help verify the accuracy of the readings. A smooth, consistent waveform usually means a good reading. Also pleth waves coincide with mechanical output of the heart so I can see things on it like irregular heart rhythms (for example afib)3. the screen flips - first of all the device off by itself when you put the finger out which i think is awesome bc i never have to worry about leaving it on but once it is on and on a finger pushing the power button actually rotates the screen. so if you're taking readings from the side or front you can turn it whatever way you want4. perfusion index - another way to help verify accuracy. perfusion index generally falls between 0.3 and 10. low number usually means poor blood circulation like cold fingers, low blood pressure, etc.I find the oximetry readings and pleth waves to be very accurate when compared to our $15k monitor. The reading and heart rate shows the same on both. The heart rate even seems to show the same as our cardiac monitor with electrodes.I like that it comes w a lanyard and place to attach. I also bought a case for it off Amazon.--The bad: the respiratory rate is not accurate. I'm assuming it is calculating respiratory rate by using algorithms to calculate respiratory activity based on changes in the pleth. This device tends to way overshoot legitimate respiratory rate. It may say respiratory rate is 34 when it is really 12. I do not trust it what so ever. If you're trying to actually calculate respiratory rate try out an app like MedTimer.Overall I love it. 10/10. Reliable. App is wonderful. Was so worth buying a more expensive one over a super cheap one.

Great product : always research before purchase
Excellent product did a lot of research before selected this. What I like about it is you can set it up with your iPhone. Make sure you don’t put any symbols in your password. You can record save it on your history has a calendar for each recording. You could send it to doctors, etc. has a strap to wear around your neck as long as you’re not working around any machinery very very careful wearing any device work ID anything to do that effect while working around any movement machinery under the hood of your vehicle, etc. But just to wear around your neck for convenience it’s helpful. Don’t have to take it in an out of pocket. Get back to the product is excellent. I’m sure he gets it would love it. Got mine from Amazon $34.99 can’t beat it PS anytime you order anything from Amazon scroll down to where it says about this product after details it gives a little information underneath that in small blueprint, it says read more press that and it goes into a lot greater detail information about product most of the time the best info
