Wow
It's lightweight, comes with HDMI,Remote,Power Cord. I just plugged HDMI to my computer and powered on the projector. Now for technical stuff. It has basic display profiles and 1 custom profile called "personal". That lets you adjust Contrast,Saturation,Brightness,Tint, and various other settings like noise reduction and so on. With these settings I was able to match my laptop monitor's display to the projected images and movies. Just be aware that everything you use has those settings. For example your computer's brightness or contrast my be too high or low than the projected image, that's controllable under your computers settings. The projector has its settings on top of the used device's settings. The 1080 computer via HDMI was projected fine with great details. Although it seemed a tad too sharp, the projector had sharpness at 50%, I turned it down to 20% to get rid of any pixelation due to the high sharpening Also note your video player inside the computer will also have these adjustable settings, so plenty of ways to project what you see and color correction. Cons - 1 custom setting. I noticed that depending on what movies or images you view you have to tweak the contrast and brightness levels for exact match. Watching Anime is very bright and skin tones can look pure white or over bright, so had to adjust brightness and contrast lower. Some movies where too dark so I had to kick brightness and contrast up. Conclusion - As stated right out of the box the projector is nice and very sharp clear pictures. Well worth the price, yes it is bright enough if that's your hesitation, it is bright. My review was about the control you can have with its settings to enhance and correct your image or movie quality. Sharpness can make very clear yet pixelation at high levels, and at low levels makes images look smooth then dream like. This was a great buy, I got me a large HD screen for an amazing price. Should have got one sooner. Also the posted images from others do not justify quality. That Avengers movie picture looks smudgy like had high sharpening and high noise reduction at same time. And that Toon movie looks too soft and tint was off probably due to the camera trying to match white balance with a bright image. Trust me the image quality was clean, bright, clear, and adjustable. Just don't expect 4k quality. If your looking for that go to the expensive projectors. Also it was well protected, even inside its own box it was wrapped with half inch plastic air pockets.

Quality
The images to show you I have it at this time of day about 20 feet from the wall and the image on the wall is about 7.5 foot tall by 14 foot across This particular brand Iโve bought before Iโm leaving this review in general. Itโs the brand that I found easiest to manage in every day use. I used it with a streaming stick and as soon as you push a button on the streaming stick it would switch to the right input unlike any other projector Iโve had. Other projectors Iโve had require you to turn it on with a remote and then switch that remote to whatever input you want. Only then could you use your streaming stick. I do not understand why these projectors never seem to have a code that allows streaming stick volume to control the projector but thatโs a trade-off. You can either get a universal remote or you can just use the original remote for on and volume. In this price range everything says itโs automatic focus and Keystone. Keystone is the most important one because what that actually means is make the edges straight in the corners 90ยฐ. Otherwise it could be some weird shape and I havenโt found one that actually does it automatically very well but once you have it set you can tell this one not to do it every time you turn it on and it worked great. Additionally I prefer to do focus myself. One thing I do like is this one allows you to turn focus readjustment on if the camera gets bumped and unless you have it hanging it will get bumped. The sound is better than okay but I really enjoy having it Bluetooth to a receiver with speakers not in surround sound but at least on all sides of me. Consequently surround sound is not the standard anymore itโs โDolby Atmos โwhich is to try to make it sound like youโre in the middle of the sound which works well if you just have speakers wrapped around you. If you can afford it laser is the way to go before you buy one check to see how much a replacement light cost. Itโs nice to have a screen but a screen does actually limit the size of the picture and you could actually have a picture 8โ x 12โ if you want just farther back from the wall. I found painting your wall a light dove grey makes the picture great you donโt want a shiny flat surface. I also found this works well during the day if I close the drapes and donโt have you know 120ยฐ direct Sunday. The next jump to full indoor regardless of light conditions as significantly more expensive so if youโre gonna do that I would really just really consider laser. I also really love the idea of the ultra short throw being right up against the wall but it turns out you have to buy a device to move it away from the wall when you want to use it so I keep coming back to a projector. Ultimately this one has a stand that I would pay $75 for without question I have not found one that is as smooth reliable manipulable and actually attractive. So if you buy this one and you decide you love it and you wanna upgrade to laser when it dies keep the stand itโs worth it

Great Projector... for about a year.
Iโve really enjoyed this projector overall and it worked great when I first bought it in June 2025. The image quality and performance were very good for the price, and I was happy with the purchase. However, over time the brightness has significantly dimmed, to the point that the image is now hard to see even in a dark room, which is disappointing. It seems like there may be an issue with the light source or longevity of the projector. Iโve contacted AUKING customer support to ask about troubleshooting, repair, or replacement, and Iโm currently waiting for assistance. Iโm posting this review to share my experience honestly and will update if customer support helps resolve the issue. If durability improves or the issue is addressed, this would be a much stronger product.

Good projector. Works even at daytime!
Updating my review from 3 to a 4 because they have great customer service. Their CS is extremely responsive! They made sure to get back to me without the need for me to follow up on my email about an issue logging in to Disney+ I would have given this projector a 5 if I am able to download HBO MAX and if it doesn't heat up so fast. I hope the latter doesn't become a problem in the future. Overall, I'm happy with this projector. My photo and video don't give justice coz it's definitely better in person. Definitely great quality for its price. __________________ Just received my AuKing smart projector and here's my review so far: Pros: This projector is really bright. I watched Netflix in broad daylight and the diaplay wasimpressive even if my room wasn't putch dark. It was relatively easy to operate. I just plugged it in and it connected to my wifi as soon as I put in my password Auto correction works well too Sound is loud enough but would do better a with soundbar. Nonetheless, it's still good It works in small spaces without the need to move the projector away from the screen Cons: It heats up pretty fast. I hope the internal fan is enough to cool it off I cannot download or log in Max and Disney+. I cleared history and cache; turned it off and on, but I still can't download HBO Max. The prompt says it's unsupported I am unable to log in Disney+ despite it being in "My Apps". It keeps saying I need to connect to the internet even when it's already connected or that there's unusual traffic on my account. I will continue to explore its features. The only reason I got this projector is its claim that it has access to a million apps. I'm giving it a 3-star for now because I'm unable to do so. Will update if and when I'm able to get a solution about this.

More pros than cons... Very nice low-cost projector
There are lots of pros to this little projector and only a few cons. I bought one and then another one for my son. My wife and I use it to project a large screen above the bed to watch saves shows from the cable networks. For the price, it's a winner. Most Important PRO advantages Some projectors up here on Amazon, in the same class, said that they'll only run 2 hours !! This one says 24 hours without shut down. This was a huge plus for me since watching two movies exceed two hours. I'm used to projectors running really hot.... This one only uses 50 Watts (as much as a 50 watt light blub) and after running it for hours I can put my hand right next to the vent and it's warm at best..... Very efficient very safe. PROs: Small size small footprint. Strong light output this particular one has about 2400 LM. The fan or fans do put out some white noise noticeable at first but once you're watching your show, not a big deal. The quality of the picture is better than I expected. Some colors do run hot such as reds. These colors can be a little more saturated than others. But I always try to remember this thing sells for way under $100. The price ranges actually quite considerably my first one above for $88 the second one for $77 and now. They have been running $54 at Christmas. I use HDMI from my laptop and it worked without a hitch Neutral : The focus will allow you to focus at a wide level. It may take some turning to get it focused as you want. The focus is a bit flimsy and cheap but works. Now because I project from the base of the bed up the picture is skewed so some words in the corner become very fuzzy but when you're watching a movie you don't really notice. Text does not work on the screen very well small text becomes almost impossible to read but they're very clear in their own definition this is not for Word or Excel Con: The remote control. Common with the infrared remote control but is very directional. You cannot be in front of the projector or on the side to get it to change anything. The infrared receiver is on the back of the projector which makes sense as most people would be behind the projector. But in my case when projecting up on the ceiling no matter how close I am it will pay no attention to the remote. It does not remember your last connection type. So if you select HDMI which takes selecting to the menu and hitting the enter button you have to do that each time you restart the machine. It does not auto sense connections. ALL and ALL its worth it and nice projector

Good Brightness and can still read words- starts dying within 3 months
It's brighter than the 50-dollar projector my sister got and well worth the money for the UI and customer service. I was able to set it up for use in my bedroom in one night. Connects to pc and is good for gaming from bed. Focusing button is my favorite. Perfect for video and acceptable for gaming. Will move the unit to be higher in the future and test out angles but for now it is at bed level on a nightstand behind the bed. Point correction settings also simple. Bought a wireless mouse and keyboard and plugged my pc into hdmi 1 and firestick into hdmi 2. :3 *Edit: 5 to 1 star. After receiving it end of May, it has become darker to turn on. I used projector almost daily. August 28th I turned it on one day and the whole thing is much dimmer. Hard to find customer support, very angry. **Edit 1 to 5 star: Going through the company warranty and not amazon worked, when I sent video of the problem they sent me a new projector due to a faulty screen inside. Had the new one within 2 weeks. Good customer service.

super crispy image. excellent customer service.
updated review: 11/2025 replacement projector developed an issue. it would turned on but would not project. manufacturer was quick to send another replacement. at least my setup is simple enough that itโs not too hard to swap. 5/13/25 the seller reached out to me after seeing my review (i wasnโt upset enough to reach out to them prior to my review). they were so quick to do whatever possible to fix the issue. in my case it was a replacement projector. the replacement presents with no issues. no foreign specks. super crisp image. excellent. i will continue recommending this projector to people. original review: 5/6/25 I ordered this projector and loved it. However, within a few days of using it (maybe 10 hours total), some spots appeared that wouldn't go away when the dust filter was cleaned or when the image was in focus. I figured it was a fluke. Ordered another, returning the first. The second had a very large spot (looks like a bug leg to me) that I was unable to resolve. Again, loving this projector, rather than return I got a replacement. It has been amazing. Until I started to notice that at some point after watching Netflix for a bit, the focus goes out. It really sucks me out of some really good movies. Quite frustrating. I should note that I have only had this projector for just over a month. Maybe you'll get lucky. Maybe you won't be as bothered as I am. If you purchase this, I wish you the best of luck.

It lasted about 6 months.
Was nice when it was new, def a step up from the sub 100$ units but it died in under a year. Replaced this unit with a fairly more expensive BenQ laser projector and in doing so let me impart some wisdom, If you have the money and want to use it daily you really should be looking in the $1,000-2,000 range. This could be nice for the occasional UFC fight or movie night on the side of a building but I wouldn't advise if your planning to use this daily.

Great little investment within Budget
Love the projector when I first saw it. Doesn't need set up much. All I did is to connect my Chromecast and then I can connect it to my phone, my laptop and tablet easily with just the Chromecast. May try it with my tv box later. Wish I can post pictures but Amazon doesn't allow me to post the one I want. It actually works well on my popcorn celling. Best to use it in a dark environment but light turn on in room is fine too.

Seems to work ok
I haven't used it for watching any videos yet, so I can't review the quality for that. I used it to project an image onto the wall to paint a mural, and it worked perfectly. It ended up being 16 ft wide and 9 ft tall. It Could have even been bigger before it started to get blurry. It lost 1 star for me for 2 reasons...The menu is a little bit frustrating to use...(play, pause, skip forward etc)once you figure it out it's not terrible. it definitely could be better. And the fan is a bit loud. It kicks on immediately, as soon as you turn the power on. I didn't mind really because I was only tracing an image, but it might be irritating if your trying to watch a movie.. I will update my review once I DO use it to watch a movie. For the price you pay, this projector is great. I'm happy with it so far
