I take bromelain for digestion. This product seems to work for that. If there's some pain relief, great, I need all of that I can get. But the main reason I bought this is because the price is better. This is a few months later. I had switched from Now bromelain because the price was better, but now I also notice that I can get the same effects on a lower dose.

I haven't actually been taking this brand. I just got today in mail. Fast delivery! I have been taking another that is less gdu's but not by much. Thought this a better buy. I am sure it will be as good as the other. Bromelain helps me with over all inflammation and leg pain. I feel the difference when I run out.
