Particularly the face & eye primers?** A: The only drug facts the bottle has is Titanium dioxide and zinc oxide, which is the safest component. I have other primers that are silicone based, and this doesn't have that feel. When you put it on it's thinner and goes on easier than a normal sunscreen, and when it dries it does create a Matte finish. I suggest if you put make up on over it, you need to do it when it's still wet, because it's hard to blend in foundation if it completely dried. It is probably the best primer I've tried that actually doesn't sweat off in an AZ summer. **Q: Is the primer with SPF oil control too?** A: It does have SPF 30, and definitely helps with oil control. My face has a nice even matte tone all day. **Q: Should I apply the blurring face primer before or after moisturizing? From the very high end, to drug store and everything in between, I’ve experienced them all. The Elizabeth Mott primer in Illuminating is one of the best I have experienced. It’s not glittery, leaves just enough of a glow that it’s not overtly noticeable like a highlighter, smells fresh like skincare and not chemicals, and best of all actually works well. I personally have a combination skin type that can get oily but also dry and flaky; the Illuminating primer works very well in hydrating and evening the skin, leaving the face looking fresh and youthful and does not emphasize any dryness or fine lines.
