NMNH is a precursor of NAD+, a naturally occurring coenzyme found in the body. NMNH is supposed to help your body increase production of NAD+. This is supposed to help slow the aging process. But NMNH is a newer supplement, its claims still in the early stages of investigation. Do your own research. Satoomi NMNH supplement contains many other ingredients which have been around longer and whose effects are better understood. The amounts are mostly on the low end. These are bonus amounts, not what you'd normally take if you wished to supplement with any of these ingredients. The include: * Quercetin -- A plant flavonol found in many plant sources, including onions, tomatoes, and berries. Various health claims have been made for it, but some say these claims are inconclusive. Satoomi's 70 mg per serving (two capsules) is on the low end. * Fisetin -- A flavonoid found in some fruits and vegetables, particularly strawberries. It is a fat soluble antioxidant that (according to the Dr. Axe website) induces "potent senolytic activity that may work to prevent the replication of damaged DNA" (i.e., it help prevent the diseases that come with aging). Satoomi's 100 mg per serving (two capsules) is on the low end. * Turmeric -- An antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent. As an anti-inflammatory, it benefits your heart, arteries, and veins, and is said to help prevent cancer, arthritis, and diabetes. Inflammation is considered a contributing factor in cancer. Turmeric is also believed to clean the brain of plaque, and thus helps prevent dementia and Alzheimer's. Satoomi's 70 mg per serving (two capsules) is on the low end. * Berberine -- A plant compound found in several plants, including a class of shrubs called Berberis, hence its name. It's said to have various health benefits, such as lowering blood sugar, helping with weight loss, improving heart health. Satoomi offers 70 mg per serving (two capsules). It's hard to say what the proper daily amount is for Berberine. * Trans-Resveratrol -- Resveratrol is a polyphenol found in red grape skins, red wine, peanuts, and various berries. It's believed to have antioxidant properties, helping to prevent various ailments like cancer and heart disease. Satoomi's 100 mg per serving (two capsules) is in the mid range. * Vitamin D3 -- A well known vitamin. Satoomi's 5,000 IU per serving (two capsules) is the proper daily dosage. * Vitamin C -- Another well known vitamin. Satoomi's 90 mg per serving (two capsules) is negligible Satoomi's NMNH has a pale yellow color and spicy scent. I'm wondering why, and suspect it might be the Quercetin and Turmeric. Quercetin normally has a bright, canary yellow color. Turmeric is a bright saffron orange, unless it contains BioPerine (black pepper extract, a common addition to Turmeric), in which case the Turmeric is a dull pumpkin orange and has a spicy scent (such as Satoomi's scent). Overall, this is a decent supplement with healthful stuff, but in smallish amounts apart from the NMNH.

Ordered 2 bottles, delivered fast and when estimated. Open up, both bottle are dusty, in a clear wrap, opened the bottle, and it seems to have been burned. No smell, going to assume because of lack of burnt odor and the dust it happened a while ago. But the foam is burnt and melted to the bottle, the lid is partially melted as well. Unknown when they were manufactured or if they’re even safe to take. Expiration 10/2027

NMNH is the latest innovation in vitamin B3 supplements, aimed at creating a significantly more bioavailable, NAD+-boosting supplement. And I like this version: It is third-party tested and comes with few fillers. My only gripe is the unnecessary fairy-dusting with quercetin, fisetin and other ingredients at dosages so long as to be ineffective. This practice serves to make for a more attractive product but is usually considered misleading. Nevertheless, you came to this for the NMNH, and that's just what you appear to get, so there is no reason not to recommend this product.

Due to taking certain medications, I have to be careful about quite a few ingredients that would likely not be a concern for the average healthy person . I'm very happy to see that this is a ONE INGREDIENT supplement! A 2-pill serving gives me 900mg in a liposomal formulation. I experience no side effects with these. For some reason, I stopped taking NAD+ for a few months, and I've noticed a difference in how I feel in terms of stamina throughout the day. That could be a NAD related matter or just a different season, different stresses, whatever. I'm not quite sure... so I thought I'd add NAD back in again to see if this is something that makes difference (if I start feeling an improved wellbeing). This wasn't something I felt "instant" results from before -it was a gradual thing where one day I realized I was feeling better overall -- so I realize I need to give this some time again. Being that this is a LIPOSOMAL formulation, I expect there to be high absorption. I've been pleased with other supplements from this brand, so I'm looking forward to a positive impact with this one. Studies are not 100% conclusive, but suggest benefits of interest to me, so with the lack of side effects, I find this a worthwhile addition.
