It came broken.
Works, but if the wire bends in any way it stops. It constantly cuts out at times. A bad purchase overall. This is how it worked from the moment I got it.

no durable enough to use in a car, didn't work with earbuds
In less than 6 months this stopped working in my car. Seems like a fabrication issue in the cable as it sort of works if held at a specific angle. Very disappointing. Further it never worked with my Shure earbuds, plugging them into the adapter resulted in no sound unless halfway plugged in, which of course sounded terrible anyway.

Quality product, just hope it lasts
Bought to use to replace the cord that came with Google Pixel 2. Hopefully this will last a bit longer. Works as well as the original.

Do not recommend
The product is defective. It worked for about a week and then had shorts in the circuit. Not the best quality.
