It was packaged well--well enough that I can confidently say this damage did not happen in shipping. Did the person packing it up fail to see that it was damaged? Did the QC department miss it? Who knows, but this is not the quality of product depicted in the listing. Compare the actual edge to the edge of the product shown in the ad, and you'll see a huge difference. Additionally when doing this review, I looked at other reviews of the product. The add has a lot of five star ratings that have no reviews at all, so I'm questioning that as well.
