Great find.
Started taking these as a part of an overall regimen to break myself out of something of a funk - increased workout frequency, running, nitric oxide boosters, juicing - the works. While that makes it hard to nail down which aspects benefited me in which way, I can say this - I felt the difference when I ran out of this Schizandra. Foggier for sure, and not quite as eager to get myself up in the morning. The price here on Amazon is great, and Solaray seems to have a good product here. Will be getting more of this for sure.

It's ok, I guess
Decided to Buy this product because I read a lot online about the benefits of the Schizandra berries. I am very curious about nutrition and especially natural remedies, so if you are like me, you probably have read about a lot of these so called superfoods and their benefits I decided to give Schizandra Berris a try. They are known for their effects on decreasing Cortisol and improving testosterone levels. For men, this is something that we all want, in particular if you workout. To be completely honest, I didn't feel any difference in me. No more energy or even libido. On the other hand since I did not test my T leves or my Cortisol leves before and after, can't really say that it did not work. There is a lot of evidence defending the benefits of this substance but I did not feel a big difference like with other substances. That being said, I'll just give it 3 stars

Schizandra helps my energy level. These are good, but I find the drops work better for me. I plan to continue ordering these however. (Obviously, you can’t put drops in a pill box!!)
