Nice gift!
Given as gift, and he as a breadmaker loved that it was cast iron. The accessories were also welcome.

A LOT for the money
I’m not an expert on cast iron, this is the only cast iron that I own. As such,I am a little disappointed that there are ZERO instructions on how to season the Dutch oven. I know that it states that it’s preseasoned but I’m not trusting that and want to season it. There is very simple recipe for bread included, which I plan on trying. But it says to heat the Dutch oven to 450, but the included directions say not to heat the oven over 428. That’s a bit confusing for me. A LOT of items came with the Dutch oven which is very nice and appreciated.

Rusting
I only used this Dutch oven 7 times for bread only and when I took My lid off there was rust I didn't want to risk it and threw the bread away! Why is a pre seasoned cast iron rusting?
