I wanted this blub for my front lawn lamp post. It works great, but the deer during the night turn it on as they walk through the yard. It also picks up motion through the window. It's set perfectly for night time. When there is no more motion detected it goes off within 30 seconds. The only drawback is that this lamp should be mounted so it hangs down. It didn't mention it on Amazon. I'm not sure if a short person walked by it would go on.

Way too sensitive! II totally missed this in the product description "The led motion sensor light bulbs can PENETRATE the glass, veneer and WALLS". I purchased it for our building side hallway... It's keeps giving us a light-show!!Returning, sadly... :/

I have this installed in an exterior glass and aluminum wall mounted light fixture. I'd say it illuminates less than 50% of the time I walk near it. Sometime I go right up to it and wave my hands in front of it and it still does not activate. When it's on it's bright. But it doesn't really serve its purpose since it hardly ever activates.

I often have my hands full when entering/leaving my garage. I thought it would be nice to put one of these bulbs out there so I didn't have to fuss with the light switch. The problem is, it apparently jams the signal for my garage door opener remote because it stops working when this bulb is plugged in. The other problem is, the bulb only stays on for 30 seconds which I think is way too short. I have to keep waving my hands around just so the thing stays on while I'm out there.

Ordered this bulb for a front porch. The description was not specific as to the dimension of the bulb. It will not fit into the opening in my fixture so I now find I am unable to use the bulb. This bulb is approximately 3 1/2” diameter. I then ordered a smaller version of the same bulb but it constantly goes on and off despite nothing moving. I would not buy these again.

I like this light a lot. Pretty sensitive, and lights my kitchen brightly. One thing, if you aren't used to it, it does have to get a bit dim inside before it powers on, but it isn't bad. I like it.

The bulb is exactly as described and is perfect in the garage. Great light and motion detection. Would recommend.

The light keeps turning on and off, I found out that the light is seeing movement from inside the house so every time we move in the living room the outside light turns on and off all evening.
