I normally don’t write reviews, but this stuff deserves one. I take one Cort-relax each night and sleep like a dream—literally. I wake up feeling rested, clear-headed, and ready to take on the day. I’ve even noticed better dreams and overall sleep quality. BUT—take two and it’s a whole different story. Hello, nightmares. Stick to one, and you’re golden. Highly recommend for better sleep and stress support!

I noticed after my first dose that I felt a bit relaxed. I haven’t noticed much else since I’ve only been on them about a month or so, but do love the calming effect they provide.

Misleading label. The front and images claim 400 mg of magnesium bisglycinate, but the Supplement Facts say it’s a 400 mg blend of bisglycinate, citrate, and malate. That means there’s no guarantee how much bisglycinate you’re actually getting. Feels intentionally deceptive. Too bad I bought it before noticing... I would like a refund
