I use this to dispense antibacterial gel at my healthcare office. It works like a charm and was very easy to install. It was almost suspiciously simple. The sensor accurately knows when to engage and the unit dispenses just the right amount of gel without being wasteful. After several months of use, it, shows no signs of leakage or any other problems. Come to think of it, I haven’t needed to change the batteries since I got this. Refilling the basin is really easy; just lift up the lid, and pour! It looks sleek and operates quietly. I would definitely order again and recommend.

I purchased this for my home because I have a special needs child who liked to dump the soap in the sink with the hand pump dispensers. Looking for an alternative for a soap holder I found this. It works. Makes little noise, while dispensing, so as not to scare my child.Easy to install, it's a great price, and it battery operated. So far no leakage and it's easy to refill. It also comes with a lock on the top (even if my kiddo figured out how to take it off it's base, he can't dump the soap). I put the key in a place I would remember but my child would never find.It also frees space on the counter top as this is a wall mount.Everyone likes it and even his therapist was happy with it as we were trying for months on how to get him to stop pouring the liquid soap down the drain.

[UPDATE: After 2 weeks of minimal use, one of the unit started to leak from the dispenser nozzle, but oddly enough, only one drop in the first 24 hours and then no leaking after that! The other 3 work fine. Will contact customer service and see what they say...]Purchased 4 to try out during a 50% off sale. This is to replace the small portable hand-held liquid soap dispenser in our church bathrooms, that have to be frequently refilled and result in a lot of soap waste as some kids over-pump. We quit using the counter-mount Bobricks because they were difficult to maintain/clean, replacement parts were expensive, and didn't work well if the soap was too viscous (especially during winter).Pros:-- very easy to install, mount is stabile/sturdy-- reasonable size tank, can easily see when needs refilling-- sensor is at bottom, works well, dispenses reasonable amount so no wasteNeutral:-- on/off switch and battery compartment is at bottom, so we'll see if trying the turn it off (or change batteries) will trigger soap dispensingSo far so good. We will try for a month, and then decide if we will be installing them in the bathrooms of our other building.

First one I received leaked slowly. Contacted the seller and they replaced it quickly. The new one is working great!

Love this mini soap dispenser!! Looks just like the picture and functions great!! Sleek design and definitely saves me time and cleaning up mess after my little ones.

The media could not be loaded.  It is a great product! Had it 3 months or so now. Works just as advertise. Super easy to install on the wall& takes 4 AA batteries. I got it for my toddlers , less mess and they have fun washing hands. I highly recommend this product.

The install was really easy. I love how nice and small it is for my boys bathroom. However, we ended up getting a second one after the first one wouldn't work. The second one also does not want to work. It's like the sensor isn't wanting to pick up our hands so it doesn't process. It takes several several attempts before it'll finally work. If at all. A company who is willing to be proactive to make their product better, will always get a second chance from me.Additional edit to add:The sensor wouldn't work because it didn't detect our hands because our counter top was the same color! It was a lot of trial and error. We ended up buying a black rubber soap dish to go underneath and now it reads our hand every time!

This is a nice product, was easy to install and just the right size. The issue I had was once it was installed and I loaded it with soap, I could not get the automatic dispenser to work.

Purchased this over 2 years ago. This is indeed one that I have got my moneys worth. Have only changed the batteries once during this time. Would recommend without hesitation.

Nothing to not like. Large container, holds a decent amount of soap. Easy to install. I have it on my kitchen. It's so nice not to have to touch a dispenser after preparing meats, food preparation.
