5 Star Product... 1 Star Install. Only issue I have with this is the requirement to use their model specific hardware. I had an older model Lux Bidet and thought it would be a simple switch out. WRONG! I had to re-run my hotwater line and swap out the old T pipe. Why? Because the new model's connections were 1mm different than the old model's. Very annoying install, but my derriere is happy with the new model. 😉

I got these because I recently replaced my bidet and the new one was a bit tall for my toilet seat.It's going on a few months and they're still holding strong and doing their job. I'm a big guy (pushing 300 lbs), and I have IBS and tend to lean a lot on the seat so I can attest to their durability.

Worked perfectly. Definitely needed to ensure toilet seat made proper contact with the rim of the toilet.

I wish I could give these a higher rating, but they're just not long enough to make up the difference between the toilet seat and the amount of space from the offset of the bidet.

I cleaned the underside of the seat with alcohol waited 20 minutes put them on and the next day they were floating in the toilet.
