Like a heating pad for the whole body, it's very comforting! I prefer to use it lying down, but it can easily form to any chair as well. There are different settings for different levels of heat and vibration. Very lightweight and easily foldable to be put away. My cats enjoyed lying on it as well!

The controls were quite varied and easy to use. The adjustability of the heat and massage settings were appreciated. Massage and heat quality was very good and effective. I was able to achieve good pain relief from the heat/massage effects. Criticisms: The lumbar pillow was effective , but Slightly difficult to adjust. The high heat was very hot on my neck and did not use as much. Still give the product an overall quality of 5 stars!

Not a real strong vibration and heat. Didn't do the job for me so I returned it without any issues. It did seem to be made well tho and may help others. I guess it just depends on the person's needs.
