I have not be play tennis for more than 30 years since I left NYC. Each round with 26 balls keeps me on the run. Only drawback is sometime the ball shot out two of them back to back immediately, which is not good for beginner training.

This machine is well-build. I got this in Jan and have used it for 2-3 times as it's cold outside. It launched tennis balls at varying distances and angles, feeding through an entire set seamlessly. I am not big fan of running on batteries therefore I bought a portable Power Station 500watts. Customer service is excellent as they are prompt in responding. A couple of my ball-feed tracks were compressed but the customer service replaced them free of cost. Although you can disassemble them after practice i prefer to keep them assemble so don't waste much time next time (just remove it from the main unit). Machine throws balls in different directions, and good for both practice shorts and work out. It is portable, and everything fits into a the duffle bag that come with it. I will likely try it more in next couple of months and may give the update how it worked during summer.

Very pleased with the machine. I bought rechargeable batteries to make it more economical. Regular batteries don’t last very long. I have recommended this item to others I’ve seen on the tennis courts.

For a good alternative for playing tennis, this is a great workout to practice my shots. It is easy to set up and use. I like the functionality of the product since it does what I expected. It shoots the balls the way I set it up so I can practice both forehand and backhand shots easily. It is not too large and fits in my SUV easily to transport and use. It seems durable but I have not used it enough to know if it will last for years or not. It was a great price and I am glad to have this to practice with.

I REALLY wanted to like this ball machine. I'm an avid tennis player and when I'm not able to play with my friends, I loved the idea of hitting on the machine for consistency drills.Alas, this machine leaves A LOT to be desired.It is INCREDIBLY inconsistent with it's launches. We loaded the balls and adjusted the settings, yet, it would not launch the ball in the same place, which completely defeats the purpose of a ball machine. Yes, most machines will vary by a few inches. This machine varied by FEET on every launch.When setting up the ball settings, with all machines, we had to waste a few to see where they would land. Since the machine's adjustment uses buttons and not knobs or a remote, it's hard to adjust. And, it takes the machine several balls to adjust to your adjusted settings.When I began to hit, it would drop a ball in the service box, and I had to run up to hit it. Then, it would drop one in no-man's land. Then, back into the service box, but NOT in the same spot as before. It was incredibly inconsistent and made for a VERY frustrating session.At first I had used balls which I thought was the issue.I opened up completely new cans of balls and only loaded new balls to try. Same issue. The machine was not consistent.We moved the machine closer to the net and readjusted the settings. Still, VERY inconsistent.The other issue is that you can only load 36 balls (I believe). So, you need 2-3 people to assist you if you want to practice some consistency drills.1 person to load the machine, and 1-2 people to gather balls and help reload them.You will run out of balls REALLY FAST if you don't have multiple people to help you.Also, due to the height of the ball tracks, any amount of breeze rocks the machine. Yes, it has a triangular base, but it still rocks, further causing inconsistency.In addition, we tried WITH batteries and plugged in.It didn't even work with batteries.I'm glad others have had a better experience, but I did not. I am extremely disappointed with this product as it's a large chunk of money for most people and it did not work well.-Wife
