Good to start out but I wanted a powder to keep it fresh and I think after a few month, go down to 1 pill/day as it has a stimulant affect for me that keeps me from having a good night's sleep. OK for morning though...let's go! Don't need the coffee anymore. I am now using this for my older (11.5 years old, Labrador 85 lbs) 1 tablet daily and she is able to jump and feels like a puppy again. Been doing this for months now and she loves the pills. Labs only live to be around 12 -12.5 years, so this along with 50 mg/ day of DHEA works great! Get dosing for DHEA for your dog online with a quick search.
