I love the taste, the fact that it has little to no sugar and no after taste, hydrates well and is a coconut water base, great for natural electrolytes. This flavor is delicious!

A little goes a long way. Delicious tasting. It says to use 1 scoop, unfortunately, I did not receive a scoop in my last jar purchased. I put a little bit in my water bottle every single morning. It gives me energy and the delicious tastes helps me get my water intake. I feel hydrated and happy! I purchase the single packs (variety of flavors) for travel. I have not come across a flavor I do not like. They are all delicious. The jar is a great purchase as it lasts a long time. And you probably need less than the amount suggested.

I love this brand, so I decided to try their electrolytes. It tastes good but a bit too sweet. I only use it when I go for a run and it’s too hot out. It seems to help to hydrate as intended.

Love the Cherry Pomegranate. I put a packet in a 32oz. cup and its perfect. Not salty like others! A little expensive but worth it.

I had very high hopes for this one, but I didn’t look closely enough at the description to note that it has B vitamins in it. The vitamin B taste makes it difficult for me to use. Otherwise, it would have been a winner. If you don’t mind the taste of B vitamins, this one might be the one for you, but for me it’s a no go.

The value of this is off the charts, and when you're averaging an hour or 2 a day of intense training, electrolytes for recovery can add up. Secondly, the flavors are pretty solid. The Cherry Pom has been my favorite of the few I've tried so far. 400mg of sodium per serving is higher than most of these mickey mouse imitation electrolyte mixes you'll see on Amazon and it also has an impressive breadth of other electrolytes and nutrients. The cheaper knock-offs might work for folks who are like going hiking or hanging out at the beach, but if you're actually doing serious endurance training (especially in the summer), this has been the best bang for my buck I've found. Aside from jumping to the big boys like LMNT where you're paying a premium for the brand, this is a great value. I also like getting them in a tub instead of individual little packages, because it's nice being able to do a scoop and a half or 2 scoops if I know I need it. I think I'll be recovering with this brand for a while as long as they stay at this price point. -Ironman all-world athlete
