Best sleepbuds on the market
I bought these as a replacement for my Bose Sleepbuds, which lasted around two years before developing technical issues. Overall, they feel very similar, with a few improvements. Yes, they are expensive, but they are the only sleep earbuds that really work for me. They are incredibly comfortable, unlike many comparable products where the earpieces feel too bulky and uncomfortable, especially for side sleeping. I can wear these all night without any issues. The sounds do a great job of masking snoring, which is the main reason I use them, and they perform very well in that regard. The app is straightforward and easy to use, and connectivity has been solid. One improvement I really like is the ability to stream audio from other sources, which was not possible with the Bose Sleepbuds. I also like that once your streaming finishes, the earbuds automatically revert back to your chosen sleep sound. As an Android user, the sleep biometrics feature is not currently working and just says “coming soon,” but that is not something I bought them for anyway. I do hope many of the tech issues that affected the Bose version have been sorted with these. Overall, if you are looking for comfortable sleep earbuds that effectively mask noise, these are excellent.

Don't Waste Your Money - These Don't Block Anything
I really wanted to love the Ozlo Sleepbuds. The idea of tiny headphones playing sleep sounds seemed perfect. Unfortunately, they failed to deliver on the most important promise: blocking out noise. Despite trying every ear tip size included, I could easily hear conversations happening across the room - zero noise cancellation. Forget hoping to drown out a snoring partner or street noise. While the sound quality of the sleep sounds themselves was okay, and I didn’t have any Bluetooth connection issues, those positives are completely overshadowed by the fact that they just don't work as noise-blocking headphones. And to add insult to injury, it consistently took a frustrating 8 minutes to transfer a new sleep sound to the buds. That's a long time when you're trying to wind down for the night! Finally, they were just uncomfortable to sleep with. Save your money and look for a different solution. These are a disappointment.

Best in ear headphones for sleep I’ve ever had.
I am a long time in ear headphone wearer who purchased these before a holiday where I would be sharing a room with a snorer. My previous favourite were the Bose quiet comfort in ear headphones because of the soft silicon tip. How did I get on with the Ozlo headphones?Phenomenal. Our holiday was transformed from my usual grumpy mornings and need to have naps in the afternoon to actually feeling awake all day because I’d had a decent nights sleep. Game. Changed. Since getting home, its only got better. No more waking up to the loud bits in my audiobooks. Waking up feeling refreshed instead of dragging myself out of bed. Can’t speak highly enough of them. The Ozlo headphones are expensive, but well made, super comfortable (side sleeper), easy to setup and use and honestly worth every penny. Battery lasts all night without annoying low battery warnings waking you up. And you only need to charge once every two nights cos the case fully recharged the headphones themselves. The insights you get on a morning in the app are an added bonus - tbf I dont need them to tell me my sleep has improved because not only me but my family has noticed the difference. Have already recommended to family and friends and seriously considering getting a second pair in case they ever stop making them. Brilliant product!

If quality sound for sleep matters, these might be worth it, but YMMV!
OK, I have to dock a star for price, which feels a bit too much like it's a known issue, and what price do we put on a good night's sleep, right? In that respect then, £300 seems reasonable. Maybe. I can't honestly fault anything functionally speaking. They're the softest earphones I've ever worn, an you barely notice when side sleeping, which I do all the time. You can play any audio you like from your phone, use the app to act as a sound machine, use an alarm function, sleep timer - everything you'd expect from sleep focussed buds, but something that's often missed. Sound quality-wise, your music probably won't sound as good as a pair of audiophile (or even just regular) headphones, but that is subjective and it's not the USP for these earbuds anyway - even if the price alone competes with some of the very best you can buy for in-ears, in the regular consumer sector at least. So they don't sound perfect, you may have to work on the fit over a few attempts, but when you get it right, I'm fairly confident you will have passive noise cancellation and sound in your ears from headphones you (and sleep partners, where applicable) can barely detect. That said then, the fit is everything, and I'm sure there will be exceptions, but you at least have 3 options and therefore a range of combinations to suit most ears. I do feel these are quiet, but that's also probably the point to aid restful sleep and not invite bed dancing. I will say that they run all night without issue, and I typically get a good 6 to 8 hours. The case acting as a signal booster and connection bridge is one of the reason the buds are so small - they don't have batteries in them, so it's a must to use the case after every sleep and keep the case charged every few days. Top tip: if you find the buds stay connected in the case, it may be that the case needs charging as the shutoff function seems to need the storage unit to be charged for some reason. That has caught me out a few times. TL;DR - extremely comfortable when they fit, great sound and passive noise isolation, but undeniably expensive - although your opinion on that may vary. I don't regret my purchase one bit.

Effective Sleep Buds, but charging issues.
I've used QuietOn buds for several years, and found them to be incredibly effective when they worked, but after having another bud fail, I decided to look for an alternative. Unlike QuietOn's the Ozlo Sleep Buds do not use Active Noise Cancelling, but instead use background sounds to mask external noise. I was a little skeptical about this approach at first, but it seems in practice the sound masking works as well as the QuietOn's ANC. I have the Ozlo SleepBuds set to play a relaxing stream sound around 1 hour after I put them in as I listen to a hypnosis recording prior to sleep. This allows me to drift off to sleep with the hypnosis recording, and then Ozlo kicks in and neutralises any external sounds (cat zoomies at 3AM, partner snoring, etc!) The Ozlo sleep buds are very comfortable, and stay in all night, even with me tossing and turning some nights. I can comfortably lie on my side and don't feel any discomfort. My only gripe with the Ozlo sleep buds is sometimes one of the buds does not charge, despite being in the charging case all day. This is VERY frustrating when I get into bed to find one bud only charged 4%. It's happening more often now as well, so I now check about an hour or so before bed to make sure both buds are fully charged.

Absolute game changer
Fabulous! Having tried several buds over the years - all with all usual failings (incl.small piece broke off & had to be removed at hospital), these are a game changer. I have CFS & chronic pain with a snoring partner, so I used to get 2-5hrs a night, but I’m now sleeping longer & better with the deep sleep we need to rejuvenate. It has improved my quality of life - no joke & no, I’m not being paid for this review & bought them myself etc. I took ages deciding to purchase these, as they are not cheap, but the generous variety of sounds & they even sense & actually kick in once I’m asleep changing from my audiobook themselves - incredible & worth every penny. Also super comfortable as a side sleeper. Anyone complaining about the ANC not working hasn’t read blurb. It’s adaptive noise control, NOT Cancellation, which works v differently to pressure created by what we know in music buds. Blurb explains what this is & why. Pls read it & know it works as they claim.

When Fancy Marketing Meets Brutal Reality!
Two stars because the do technically exist, and if you ask them nicely they may play a sound! I bought these sleep buds after reading the mixed but mostly positive reviews. Armed with a heavy dose of optimism and equal measures of sleep deprived despair I eagerly awaited their arrival. Like a kid at Christmas, I couldn’t wait to try them out… I even charged the fully, read the instructions (no seriously I did!) and even watched the YouTube videos. But despite my new found education and tech wizardry, these stylish little creatures would not connect to my phone. After a mini puzzle involving sliding the case open, connecting, forgetting device, reset, slide closed, open, closed, open….. until, out of obvious pity, the Bluetooth gods helped me out. The fit seemed great at first, I tried a couple of different sizes and got one that was comfortable when lying straight like a corpse. But as humans tend to do, I dared to move onto my side and when pitted against a memory foam pillow, these little rebels were like a stone in your shoe on a long walk… Now, for those of us who sleep next to mobile generators in human form, snoring was my main masking aim. At first, I thought these may actually work… but one long snore blast later, and masking sounds acted like they were a warm up to the snoring as a vip guest, the masking may as well have handed him a microphone! Over all, they’re expensive, they feel like quality items, seem functionally superior but in reality, if you’re buying them to survive a night of snoring… don’t waste your money! buy earplugs, a tent, a divorce… these aren’t the hero’s your looking for!

Avoid
Worked great for the first year, then started declining. Volume getting quieter and quieter, and left earbud failing. Been trying to get through to support to assist with a warranty claim and they’ve stopped replying. Going to have to go through trading standards next to get this resolved and buy from a more reputable brand in future.

Top Quality- great replacement for Bose Sleepbuds.
Bought these as a replacement for my Böse Sleepbuds which I loved but had problems with that couldn’t be fixed. These are perfect - every bit as good as the Böse were but with none of the battery problems. As a bonus, they can be used as ’normal’ earbuds to listen to anything, then when that ends- switch automatically to the sleep sounds.

A light sleeper no longer being woken up!
I am a pretty light sleeper. I have four children, ages 9-17, and sometimes they stay up late, sometimes they wander into my room to get something or other late at night, sometimes my husband snores or coughs, :) and sometimes we have a train that goes by the house at night. Just typical life stuff, but I crack my eyelid for a second when I hear things, and obviously that's pulling me out of good sleep. I used to turn on the fan in my bathroom, hoping to drown out some of the noise. I also got a white noise maker to try to drown things out even more. I liked having those things, but I was still being woken up. These sleepbuds are a life saver for blocking all those little noises that would normally interrupt my sleep (even if just briefly). First, they are very comfortable. The medium size fits my ear very well. You need to twist it back into your ear for the little wing tip to fit snugly into the groove of your ear. Once you've got them in, there is no risk of them falling out. I am a side sleeper and 95% of the night I sleep on only my right side, so I usually just put the left ear in, and my right ear is pressed against the pillow. The sounds in the app are very soothing. My favorite right now is Crimson Cloak, which has a very nice even tone in the middle range. It's perfect white noise. I've also slept with the crackling fire one, and the raindrops one - and both are also soothing. But, I go back to the simple white noise options most often. There are not very many sleep sounds in the Ozlo app, only about ten (I'd love if there were more options), but I had no trouble finding one I like. Plus, I have a subscription to Headspace and I'm able to use these sleepbuds with their night sounds if I want. One thing I like about the sounds in the app is that they don't overwhelm. It doesn't feel like anything is blasting in your ear. The sound almost feels "far away" like you're hearing it from outside a window. This is not a defect of the earbuds, because I can use the buds when listening to other things on my phone and it sounds great. I think it is a feature of the sounds within the app. They don't feel overwhelming, and I have no trouble falling right to sleep. My husband thinks I must be getting into a pretty deep sleep when I wear them, because he says I make noises in my sleep when I'm really out :) and I've been doing that ever since wearing these. I dream often, so maybe that's why?? Every morning my husband is asking, "Did you hear me cough? Did you hear me get up in the night? Did you hear the dog bark?" and whenever I answer "no" he is super impressed. I sleep about 7-8 hours a night and the battery always lasts through the night. But, they do have to go back in the case to charge every day. One night I put one of the earbuds back in the case flipped 180, and so it didn't charge, and that night it did not have enough battery to use it. Connecting them up to my phone was easy. They walk you through how to do it in the app. It took about 30 minutes for the updates to download and then it was ready to go. They auto connect via bluetooth when I open the case. But, one odd thing is that to disconnect them I have to put them back in the case, close the lid, and then turn off my bluetooth for a second so they disconnect. I'm hoping that is something that can be fixed, so they disconnect automatically when I put them back in the case in the morning. My husband keeps talking about wanting to try them, but I'm reluctant to not have them for a night while he tries them out :). I guess I'll just have to get him his own pair!

I was skeptical but now I'm a believer
As someone who sleeps with air buds in my ears every night, I've been on the quest for great sleep buds for years. I've been switching between my apple air pods which hurt my ears often, and a raft of different cheaper sleep buds from Amazon and other online stores. I was reluctant to drop $399 on these Ozlo sleepbuds, but after ready positive review after positive review I bit the bullet. Only only two days in, but I can confirm that they are the best sleep buds I've owned (and I've owned many) - and the first that actually last all night long with battery life! They're comfortable for side sleeping and really do cut out the outside world. So far they are a total win.

Great for Sidesleepers
Finally! I get insomnia frequently so I listen to sleep stories to help relax me but usually 15 minutes in, my headphones or earbuds just start hurting so I need to shut it down. The headband ones are hot and annoying on the head, not to mention the sound is horrid and you risk an uncertified battery on both sides of your head…enter OZLO, the sleep buds. Expensive? Hell yes, but soooo comfortable (fyi this is Bose tech). The sound is good and the sound that plays after your personal audiobook is done etc is adjusted separately so it can be lower or higher than the sound from your personal programs. I really don’t feel them in my ear. I highly recommend.
