Get 1 liter of regular Seltzer Water (refrigerated) 2. Weigh out 3.6 grams of Magnesium Hydroxide. (About 1 teaspoon if scale not available) 3. Without shaking the bottle, gently open it. Quickly pour in the Magnesium Hydroxide. Quickly close and shake thoroughly. 4. Place bottle in fridge for 30 mins for the Magnesium Hydroxide to react with the CO2 in the seltzer. 5.
