The item was missing a part. A cord was included that does not belong with the item. The item was advertised as battery operated. No way to operate the massager. Great value for the price.

I have real problems with tension in my neck. This massager is perfect for reducing the tension. I can hold it on my neck with my shoulder. It’s not attached to a cord so I can walk around with it. It’s soft too. So no hard plastic to deal with. It’s a great value and price. It has instructions so it’s easy to understand where the charger goes and how to change the vibration levels. I received it fast too.

Works great as long as you're not trying to be discreet...lol...this thing is NOT quiet at all!! But it does get the job done...Mine was pretty strong...I don't think I even had to use it on the highest setting..lol...Seriously if you don't want anyone to know don't use this anywhere there might be ears nearby!!
