The package came in perfect condition, I haven't opened it yet, but it was handled with such care, and I'm 100% positive that the product itself with hold to my expectations just as well. I know it works well, because a friend of mine has one, (she has 3c curls), and when I was straightening her hair, after 2-3 passes, it became fully straight. I'm positive for hair compatibility, this works for any hair type. The straightener takes just a few minutes to heat up, and turning it off and cooling takes less then 5 minutes. It's durability is also very strong, and will last you a long while. It's slim, but yet keeps your hands from burning, since other straighteners tend to heat up very quickly and go through the plastic handle. THIS IS THE BEST STRAIGHTNER EVER! And for the price I am totally shocked! I had a 180.00 straightner and it worked good for about one year, then suddenly the heat was on and off, and didnt even come with an automatic shut off. This one heats WAY MORE than the expensive name brand one and shuts off automatically. Leaves my hair smooth and shines nice too. Curls as good as it straightens. Seriously you are crazy to spend money on an expensive one when this one is all you need!

This is an impressive flat iron for that it’s worth. My Drybar flat iron gave out on me after owning it for years and I decided to try something without the hefty price tag. I have really curly Latin hair although it’s not thick/coarse. This got the job done and it came out nice and smooth. My only complaints are that it did tend to pull on my hair at times but it wasn’t too bad as long as I used smaller sections of hair. It also gave off a little bit of a smell during use but maybe that will fade over time as I’m assuming it’s just because it’s new. And the cord is on the short side compared to other irons I’ve owned so you might not have a lot of room to work with depending on the outlet location. If the outlet is fairly close to you, you’ll be fine. On the positive side, it heats up very quick in comparison to my other flat irons. It also has a little lock to keep the iron in a closed position which is pretty handy for storage/space. Usually I wrap the cord around my iron to keep it closed, so with that feature I don’t have to do that anymore. Overall I’m happy with it and it’s also a pretty color.

I was looking for a dual voltage flat iron to take with me on my trip to Nepal and India. It was hard to find something that wasn't crazy expensive, so I decided to give it a shot. I haven't taken it overseas yet, but I've used it several times at home and it works wonderful! I love how quickly it heats up and it straightens my hair so well. I'm very hallway with this purchase!
