The finish looks great. My 3rd set I have had. Both before this faded, so we will see how this one holds.The top end of the lid on any brand ever tried never sits perfect, but you will not see it unless you look from the side from very very close distance.Overall the lid was soft. I had one pair that I needed to heat up so it would bend.I give this 4.5 stars
