Easy set up and rugged
Love this tent. So roomy. Easy to set up. Lots of zipper options. Zippers are rigged and don’t break apart easily.

Super fast setup, survived Burning Man
Took this to burning man this year, and it survived the storms and rain. Setup takes literally 1 minute (or less), which in my opinion is absolutely critical in some situations. Packing this thing into the bag is where you need to develop your own technique. But after doing this a few times, I can now take down and pack this tent in around 2~3 minutes (without expanding the bag! which you could totally do, but I decided to keep it tight). As per the usual with most tents, it says it can fit 6 people, and while it might be technically feasible, if you are all about the comfort then this will actually sleep 2 people comfortably (twin mattress + space for your items, which is what I did). This does NOT come with the rainfly which you need to purchase separately (and I'm really glad I bought it!). It is also not an insulated tent, so bring a warm sleeping bag with you if you plan to camp in the cold. Finally, this is NOT a blackout tent, and if you're sensitive to light then I have two things to tell you: 1. Bring an eye mask with you because this will allow quite a lot of light in (the material is thin). 2. The rain fly will darken things a bit, but still not dark enough for light sensitive people. Thankfully I can sleep even in direct sunlight so I did not have an issue with that, but I know people who can't so if this is you, get a blackout tent instead.

I survived and stayed dry through a massive storm in this tent!
First time using this tent was at Sandy Hook Gateway campgrounds. Went up super easy. Very roomy plenty of ventilation. The entry zipper is very taught around the curve. You have to unclip the tent from one of the poles to have it work properly. I’m 511 and could walk around the inside easily. That day we had a heavy, heavy rain, storm, lightning thunder. It dropped 4 inches of rain on us. A puddle formed under the tent. The only place I actually had water come in was at the very peak. Apparently the material does not get pulled high enough and water was able to puddle and then drip down. Everything else was watertight! I don’t know if it’s adjustable. I will have to checkThe tent material is decent, although it might be a little bit light. This tent is not made for backpacking! It’s a little heavy and bulky. But I was able to use a handtruck to my campsite so it was perfectIf not for that little drip and a tight zipper,I would’ve given it five stars.( forget about trying to put it back into the bag. It came in. By a larger bag.)

Awesomely Dry
Excellent tent for up to 4 people, Very Easy setup. tent was so awesome that I bought a second. And I forgot to mention the first one I was in a torrential rain storm at North/South Lake in Tannersville,N.Y. a lot of campers packed up and left. I stayed and rode the storm.

Completely Useless in the Rain – Soaked Everything -Coleman
As a veteran camper, I’ve used all kinds of tents over the years, and this pop-up was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Setup was quick, but that’s where the positives end. A storm rolled in overnight with some rain and some wind, and the tent couldn’t handle any of it. Water started leaking through the seams almost immediately, and the floor offered no protection—puddles formed inside. By morning, all of our gear was soaked: clothes, sleeping bags, backpacks. It was a disaster. The structure sagged once it got wet, and the zippers constantly jammed. We spent half the night trying to keep the tent from collapsing on us. If you plan on camping anywhere outside of your backyard on a perfectly dry day, avoid this tent. It’s not built for real weather, and it ruined what should have been a great trip.

Not as good as the first one I had for many years
So let me start with, this is my second one. I loved my first one So much so that when it died 10 years later, I bought another. One of the things I liked about the old one is the oversized tent bag. The new one has a stupid small bag that I couldn’t even get the tent back in after using it in the driveway. So I’m keeping the new tent in the old, torn up, terrible tent back. The zipper and seams on the new one do not appear to be as high-quality. I do have some concerns about the future durability of this tent. At this point on my first camping trip, it seems OK. But the zippers seem to be getting stuck. And I’m not sure how long they’re going to last. I hope I am wrong. The tent still goes up, amazingly fast, and folds down equally fast. I do really love that feature. But I fear the long-term durability of this tent is suspect. I hope I am wrong. And if I am, I will amend this review.

Good tent for spontanious weekend camping.
Great tent for those quick "let's go camping!" Fridays. Easy setup and takedown, good ventilation, and seems pretty sturdy once staked and guy lined. We did get the rainfly accessory to go along with it, just in case.
