Pentair Kreepy Krauly 360002 Automatic Pool Cleaner Debris Bag with Snap Lock

This Pentair Kreepy Krauly debris bag is precisely what I needed! The snap lock makes it super easy to attach and remove for cleaning. It fits perfectly and does a great job collecting leaves and debris. Durable construction and much better than struggling with a worn-out bag. If your old one is torn or loose, this replacement works like a charm. Totally worth it. Highly recommend!

This bag fits the Letro Legend, 4 Wheel, post 1996 pool cleaner perfectly. The pool cleaner is about 10 years old and has been rebuilt once. However, as others have stated, the bag is the weak link and needs replaced every year. It is a good bag though and the snap lock is definitely better than the old velcro. The bag itself gets torn before the snap lock will break, at least from my experience. All in all I would say get this bag if it fits and it is cheaper on Amazon than at my local pool supply shops.

The pro of this bag is it is fine enough to hold the little grains of diatomaceous earth if your filter had a problem and some went into the pool. The con of this bag is that it is easily ripped if a twig or small branch enters the bag. Where we live we have low or no breeze so when a thunderstorm passes through we get a ton of twigs in the pool. We were going through two or three of these in a year due to rips. Our solution is we have switched to using the 360009 Pentair Gray Debris Bag which is impervious to the twigs but does not hold sand like grains. Then if our filter screws up and we wind up with DE in the pool we swap out to use this fine mesh bag until that situation is fixed (a day or two). We have saved a fair amount of money buying these from Amazon and keep one extra in inventory because the local price at the pool supply store is so expensive! It's hard to rate this, it does do the job but is fragile so I'll say 4 stars not 5.

Don't waste time on after marked bags. I purchased a cheap after market bag and found the inside rubber flap is bent in and obstructed free flow of leaves. My Pentair last about a year. If I get a small tear In the bag fabric, I use a hot glue gun to repair it and continue to use.

I have twice before orders the cheap generic replacement bag, which does work. The cheap bag with the drawstring closure was a pain to clean and the closure rusted out in my saltwater pool within one swim season. This thing fits perfectly and is SOOOO easy to clean. Never going back!

Bag clip came apart two weeks after purchase. Same issue from the last one where the plastic bonded to the top of the bag comes loose and you cannot fasten the bag. Needed to use a spring clip for paper to hold it closed otherwise it wouldn’t capture anything with the sweep. Poor design/quality at a premium price

Seems I go through about two of these a year. We operate our pool year round and the bags wear out rubbing against the plaster and steps. So, I buy a couple to have an extra on hand. I love the Pentair system as we have a lot of live oak leaves each spring. A suction system can't handle that volume of debris. However, the Pentair system easily keeps the pool bottom clean of leaves and stuff. The bags work great and although I guess I would hope they lasted longer, they do the job exactly as they should. I'll keep buying them.
