Great For Broken Ceramic Logset
I have something called a little red campfire that has these parts one of which is a log set. The log set got broken and I decided to try this adhesive to do the repair. I am heat curing it by simply using the campfire. So far everything seems to be working quite well.

Get the job done
Get the job done, slightly complaint is it is black color instead of white, my first time repair work was done successfully, firm and sturdy

excellent product
excellent however it did sink a bit and going to re apply … but the heat resistance is the most importance of this product and greatly reduces my concerns…

Works awesome to seal segmented indoor chimney
This works fantastic for my purpose. In my basement is a woodstove with one of those god-awful chimneys that has all the segmented sections that let’s air in to create creosote or in the summer if it reverses it let’s smoke smell out. After I took it apart and cleaned it thoroughly I put this stuff on each section as I was putting it back together. Keep a bunch of wet paper towels are wet rags handy as you wipe excess off with your fingers as you go. I’d say in 15 to 20 minutes it was semi hard. Then I just started a fire to fire the material. I have no smoke smell anymore. The draft is stronger to because there’s not air leakage. Over the next few days of having fires the excess that I didn’t quite wipe off or crack and fall to the ground but the stuff in the joints is staying strong. It’s not the prettiest up close but when you’re not standing right next to it you really don’t notice it. it dries to a very dark charcoal gray almost black. If I’ve gone slower I could’ve made it much less messy. It shows up more in the picture than it does in real life. You could definitely paint it with grill paint if you want to do afterwards. A+, five stars, two thumbs up, would play with grey fire smoo again!

High heat mortar
These went on easy enough to close a small gap in the pipe that attaches to my wood stove but even though I followed the directions and let it cure before building a fire, I have found some of the mortar has dried and flaked off leaving a fee pinholes around the pipe. I will reapply in the summer when I can leave it to cure for a few weeks instead of a few days and see if that helps. It did go on fairly smoothly and the black color blended in well with the pipe but if it doesn't hold up to the high heat it wont be worth the money.

Very good product for our application.
Comes out a little runny but has held up well and works on the cracks in our chimney. I “v’d” the cracks to get better adhesion and all is good.

Chiminea fire pit
I think this would be great for the right job. Bought this to try on a clay chiminea fire pit. It sealed filed in the cracks for sure but didn’t seal it the way I was hoping. I honestly don’t think it’s for this but I wanted to give it a try as I love the fire chiminea pit

A bit messy to use, but it works well
Used this to repair some minor cracks and a few small broken areas of mortar in my fireplaces. It is a bit sticky, sometimes preferring to stick to the tube and to fingers rather than to the mortar, thus it was a bit more difficult to apply than I had expected. However, overall it has stayed solidly in place after several fires in the fireplace, and it looks good.
