I suffer with really bad neck pain and terrible posture.My chiropractor referred me to this and to also just keep correcting my posture.Pins and needles are normal for this when used for the first few times as it’s hitting pressure points in your neck. It’s meant to be uncomfortable at first.It’s a great product and should not be used 15 mins a day 8 to 10 at best.Love after the 10 mins when I move my neck and it just cracks all over. 10/10 product.

Really works! Had a roll in my neck been using this every night for 15 minutes, hurts abit the first few times best to lay on floor while using it

From a concept perspective, this seems to be a good idea. The execution though is not up to par , way too hard when resting the head in the position. If they added more padding then it would be great. It does give some support to the neck.

This really helps ease the pain from & stiffness I suffer after cervical damage a few years ago, at first it felt hard but i stayed on it for 30mins & could really feel the benefit after, now on each use it feels a lot more comfortable & is brilliant for pain relief

Why did you choose this product over others?:This has been amazing. Eased my neck pain and I’m sleeping much better at night. I use it for 10mins every other day. I have only had it for a month. My posture has also improved, the lump in my neck is not as visual also. Thumbs up from me!

Ordered this as I suffer from neck and shoulder pain and have a Quasimodo hunch coming due to sitting in front of a computer 5 days a week and having crap posture! Used it for 10 minutes the moment it arrived and I didn't think I'd last out that long as it was quite uncomfortable and very hard to lay on. Anyway I stuck with it and noticed after that first time the pain in my shoulder had all but disappeared. Not had it a week yet but each time I've used it it becomes less painful to use and quite relaxing. Must admit I feel momentarily woozy afterwards but that's probably from just getting up off the floor but the neck pain feels easier. Dont expect it to be a miracle cure and I'm not saying the neck and shoulder pain has diminished completely but I can feel an improvement. Will carry on using it to hopefully feel more relief and to see if mi little hump disappears. For the price it's negligible compared to others I've seen online and the design looks exactly the same as this one. Pretty pleased so far and if it was rubbish I would say so!

I want to return this item but have been told I can’t. It is causing me pain and is too firm and not fit for what I need my chiropractor said I can’t use it - disappointed as don’t recall seeing anywhere that I can’t return

This is so good to use, it really opens your neck muscles, fantastic especially after a long day tapping away at a keyboard
