I've never used one of these before, and everything worked as it should. (Based upon the instructional YouTube videos I watched prior to using it 😁) It seems very well made, and the lid especially is very heavy. The only part I would say isn't as heavy duty would be the cap that screws on over the charging port (is that what it's called? Lol. It's where you screw the N20 cartridge on to empty the contents into the whipper). Not the chamber you put the cartridge into to actually charge the whipper, (that is quite heavy) but the cap that goes over the hole if you decide to to remove the N20 cartridge to store in the fridge. It's made of plastic and chrome coated. But there's really no reason why it would need to be heavy duty like the rest of the unit. Its job is simply to sit there and cover a hole, and it seems to do a fine job. As long as you hand wash this little cap (maybe even just rinse in between uses) it should be just fine. I have no complaints. It made beautiful whipped cream on my first try.UPDATE:I decided to see if it would stay pressurized after some time in the fridge. I'm pleased to report that after 3 weeks in the fridge, my whipper still produces beautiful whipped cream. It is slightly slower coming out of the canister, but it's still fluffy and delicious. I'm sold. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great sturdy quality w/ professional all stainless steel look *by D***N on Reviewed in the United States on January 2, 2019* Among the many choices, I decided to buy this one for its all stainless steel look & accessories. Steel nozzles are more durable. All parts are heavy/very sturdy, giving a sense of nice professional quality, and the container stays very cold for serving. The dispensing mechanism is very reliable--more precise than I anticipated--and can deliver various whipped cream swirls based on applied pressure. I did not see big differences in output using the 3 included nozzles, though. A note that some very minor leaking can occur at the base of the nozzle--as seen in picture, probably due to the fact that the steel nozzles don't have threaded fits, but 3 embossed dots instead that screw around the receiving end, leaving some thin gap at the base. But this nozzle design is probably better for durability than a threaded one. The included brush is very handy for cleaning. The whipped cream stays well in the fridge for some time and a few additional shakes may be needed to get it to optimal consistency again--as noted in instructions. After all the pressure is gone, the cream foam leftovers in the container are a delight not to miss nor throw away! Really amazing overall quality and ease of use. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works really well *by W***R on Reviewed in the United States on September 12, 2019* I bought this because it makes it really easy to have whipping cream any time without having to get a blender out. It's very nice quality and has worked very well. I can keep it in the fridge and it usually makes the cream last through the expiration date on the cream bottle. When not in use, I keep the bottle in the fridge so that it's nice and cold when I have a fresh bottle of cream to put in. I use Jersey cream from a small farm in Washington State, which is heavier that store bought cream and has no stabilizers. It is delicious and this whipper works beautifully with it. My sister liked it so much she asked me to get her the same one as a Christmas present. There are cheaper options, but this one is high quality, is all stainless steel with no interior lining. A little cream every day and for special occasions is a guilty pleasure.
