It is tight. I should have got the next size up. It does feel good and seems to help.

I've had this product for a month before I reviewed it. I am a female with a 34-inch waist, so I purchased a medium, as it said to do so. The belt is fitted but not compressed. It feels more as if it's sitting on my back but not compressed, which is what I needed. Now, I can wrap the two belts on each side, but there's still room for me to keep wrapping, and there's still a small gap on each upper side. I might need a size small, but I'm not sure, plus I can't afford to buy another right now. So I'm not sure I would purchase this again. I really wanted to like this and was hoping it was right for me.

I originally bought this back brace for myself. I was dealing with awful back pain that was not relieved by medicine or lidocaine patches, but this brace made a surprising difference. It worked so well that I ended up ordering more for my family and even another one to keep at work! I really like the removable 3D pad support and the adjustable straps that let you tighten it as needed. The support is firm without being uncomfortable, it relieves pressure, improves posture, and makes daily movement easier. Definitely worth trying out!

So far, so good. It's helping with my back pain and has worked very well.

I first ordered the Small and depending if I use it without the pad I can get the end of the strap to go just under halfway the length of velcro area on the left side (about 30-40%). If I use an ice pack on my back or the lumbar pad then the end of the strap goes 1/4 the way almost barely hanging on (about 10-20%) I order the medium thinking it would be a small adjustment, but no it was a giant leap in sizing, now when I put it on without anything (no lumbar pad and no ice pack) the end of the strap goes 90% of the way onto the left side Velcro area and its not as firm or tight as the small meaning I have less to work with. when I use the lumbar pad or a ice pack then I can get it a bit tighter but still not as tight as the small for some weird reason and the end of the strap goes about the same distance 80-90%. generally in a perfect world;d siding is a half step up, not a full one. but something to keep in mind.

This brace fits the bill and is great. But what is even better is the customer service. My brace was losing its Velcro grip after 9 months. I contacted them and without a hint of hesitation they sent me a new one. I highly recommend this back brace!

Ottima fascia lombare. La metto circa 3-4-5 ore al giorno mi ha risolto i problemi di mal di schiena mi ha corretto la postura e figuratevi che dovrei fare ginnastica posturale, quando non la uso per giorni ho dolori alla schiena, appena la indosso pure minimo due tre ore si toglie tutto.

I’ve been laying on my back for 3 days, waiting for my lower back to recover. After a difficult drive over to my girlfriend’s house, where I had this delivered, I’ve been able to mow the lawn and sit in the sun! I literally can’t fault this, comfortable,supportive,easy to adjust,and it works! Get one.

I bought this for my wife who has spinal stenosis and the associated pain. It has been better than other back supports that she has tried. It is comfortable to wear and the lumbar support and adjustability of it make it easier to get a good fit. It does restrict the ability to bend your back a little but it encourages you to lift things using your leg muscles rather than putting strain on your back, as of course you should do always when lifting heavy items :-) It does not of course cure the spinal stenosis, but worn for longer periods definitely reduces the pain levels somewhat, for those with spinal stenosis any reduction in the pain levels is a bonus!
