I just received my box today. 4 bottles that are 4oz each for a total of 16 oz of liquid smoke over 4 different flavors - mesquite, hickory, pecan and apple. Each bottle is 4oz. **Q: what are the different flavors?** A: The four pack I purchased included natural mesquite, natural hickory, natural apple and natural pecan. All of them are wonderful. Water, Natural Hickory Smoke Flavor, Vinegar, Molasses, Caramel Color And Salt. **Q: No knowledge in such, could you try to describe the difference of each..? What they go well with maybe.. Taste'd be hard i guess..** A: Go to one of the many BBQ/Smokemaster websites. Nearly all have an explanation or discussion of which tastes best with various foods.
