Build quality is very good. Strength of pole is excellent, delivery is super prompt
I have purchased the brush with 4 m long pole. Kenbrook is very prompt in dispatching the item. It reached me within 5 days of placing the order. The build quality is excellent. No sagging. Most importantly Mr. Harish of Kenbrook is very generous to provide all support to the customer and his behaviour is excellent. I am planning to buy another brush with pipe attached for wet cleaning. Overall a value for money product.

Good product
Good product. Very helpful in cleaning solar panels. wiper strength could have been better . wiping is uneven and the colour of the cloth should not be White. It became black after single use. Also it's bit overpriced.

Useful but needs improvement
Useful. But i wish it was better.When fully extended the pipe flexes a lot and so has to be carefully manouvered on the panels. When extending to the next panel the wiper or the tightening grips tend to stick in the slight gaps between the solar panels - tho this is not really the wipers fault, a stiffer tube / handle could have prevented this .Cleaning performance is slightly disappointing. Does not clean completely in one go and needs several passes. Maybe its the material of the panels- dust tends to stick more than say car windscreens.. but for one the sponge on this rotates some while using and even with some windscreen washing detergent, it takes several passes to clean. The wiper side is more efficient.I see they have a upgraded wiper attachment in the listing but it is out of stock currently.Overall useful and enables reaching the entire surface of solar panels. Shall order the upgraded wiper When available, but wish the rod/ pipe was stiffer
