Stens New 140-301 Starter Handle with Rope Briggs & Stratton 280399S, 5042K, Craftsman 33948, 57008 for Lawnmower Engines

I have an older pressure washer with a Briggs & Stratton motor and my pull start rope finally broke. I ordered this model from Amazon and it works fantastic on my older pressure washer. I did have to cut some of the length of the rope off, so I was very happy they supplied a long enough piece of starter rope in this kit. Good quality and works great.

This is my second purchase of this pull cord. The first I used on a 1968 Johnson 6Hp outboard that has worked great this past year. I have a second 6Hp Johnson 1979 model and I liked this product so much i bought it even though the existing cord wasn't broken, just well worn. Very happy with this as a inexpensive replacement.

Product was the correct product and came in on time

Installed this product. Just needed the pull cord & It does the job...hope this lasts as long as the original. Time will tell...

This replaced the factory original perfectly, installed easily, and works great.

Seems to be good quality T handle but the cord was way too short for my lawn mower. It needed to be about another 18" longer. I did not actually measure it to see if it was the stated 88".

After watching a Chickanic video on youtube to find out the length and type of rope to get, I found this rope and handle. I did not need the handle, but did need to know the length to get and her video was straight forward which it was. I did not have any problems and it seems durable.

I purchased these for garage door pull downs. Plenty of length and handles make it easy to hold on to.

The same complaint as the other review. 5ft rope came instead of 88'".
