Olympic Cast Iron Space Saver Dumb Bell Weights Set

It is exactly as in the image, the outer casing is some sort of plastic. Every component was wrapped in a thin plastic foil.The whole kit was wrapped in cardboard and than a layer of black foil . When the mail guy came he was actualy dragging it on a wheeled carriage because he could in no way lift it. He kept saying something like Oh man, OMG than he was curious and asked me what's inside and I told him. It tool the two of us to carry it inside because altho the plastic case itself has wheels they were not accessible because all was wrapped in cardboard etc. The 6 nuts have on the bottom side a layer of rubber that will control and limit the spin of the weight - this works preety good. No missing parts, everything works. I don't know what questions may anybody else have but put it this way "NO complaints, total satisfaction"

I was a little skeptical of these as I've only ever used traditional screw dumbbells, and there wasn't many reviews to go from on here, but can safely say I'm happy. In terms how quick it is to change them... technically it's not really any quicker as it's still a screw system, and there's not really any difference in terms of slotting a weight on, and putting the weight on via the hole in the middle... BUT, I'd still say it's more convenient as all the weights are 2.5kg each so it's easy to pick up a bunch in one go and put them all on at once, so I guess up to a certain extent it can save time... If there's a rack that goes with these then I could definitely see these benefiting you saving time.One thing I was worried about was the weights falling on me as it's essentially friction holding them in place, but noticed that each weight has a little dimple so the weights all slot together slightly (and into the metal plate of the dumbbell itself), so there really isn't any way of them coming off unless you put the weight on the wrong way round, or don't tighten it enough (you learn quickly that this results in pain so is easy to remember to check them after just one time of a weight falling on your foot)I'm happy with them, and spent so long shopping around and these seem to be the cheapest highest quality quick change dumbbells around so would recommend them. If you've got a bigger budget though, I would definitely look into powerblocks as I think these genuinely would save a lot of time (I haven't used them but it seems logical and will be my next purchase when I'm rich).

Good set of weights however the only let down is the weights themselves do not amount to 20kg as I thought. 20kg is inclusive of the bar.Weights = 13.5kgBar = 6.5kgTotal = 20kgThe individual weights weigh:x2 3kgx2 2.5kgx2 1.25kgThe ez bars are supposed to be fixed with a screw and Alan key but the indent where the screws supposed to sit in doesn't align. So when lifting the bars disconnect.

Weights seem good but the carry case is an absolute joke. It has the most flimsy catches I've ever seen which are very thin plastic. The case is shockingly bad quality and when I first opened it slit in half right down the middle, the case is kept together in the middle by a micro thin piece of flexible plastic which just tears as soon as it's moved. If you are looking at these because they come in a handy case then forget it. You will be throwing the case away after opening it.

Very quick delivery and well worth the money, this is an excellent piece of kit for home use,I dont have time to go to a gym but with these I can do a 30 minute session every 2 days. Also the case was not damaged it all arrived in perfect condition. Excellent stuff and 5 stars

I like the weights as I think they are good value but the plastic carrier case for them was flimsy and broke in the post. I just want the weights and don't care about the case particularly but it was very easy to break. Considering it has 20 kg of weights inside it I am surprised it wasn't more robust.

Update: Customer care was nice and fixed the issues in two days so two more stars for them as the set is decent. Bought the 50 kg set and got only 4 x 2.5 kg plates and 4 x 1.25 kg plates. Absolutely uselles. And the return process is ridiculous, I have to waste my time to mail it back cause they forgot the weight plates!!! in a weight set. Amazing.

Good little weights set for price paid. The screws that hold the weights in place at each end tend to unrscrew a lot though, so this is a pain.

ottima fattura dei pesi, maniglie e rondelle di sicurezza ben fatti.La confezione invece non sembra essere molto resistente.Nel complesso consiglierei questo kit a chi vuole avere sempre a portata di mano uno strumento di allenamento, poco ingombrante e funzionale.

Spedizioni prime veloci come sempre. Il prodotto sembra essere molto buono. La valigetta è arrivata (come a molti altri) rotta... Nel mio caso si è distrutta la chiusura, ma poco importa dato che la valigetta la uso giusto per posare i pesi e non per trasportarli

Peccato per la valigetta che non è resistente quanto dovrebbe per il peso che contiene, ma serve per lo meno a tenere in ordine

Consegna rapida nei termini stabiliti. Oggetti perfetti tranne la valigia contenitiva giunta rotta. Comunque lo consiglierei per chi vuole tenersi in forma in casa propria.

Prodotto di buona qualità ad eccezione della valigetta in plastica arrivata rotta. Probabilmente con un imballaggio più consistente sarebbe arrivata integra.

Non mi è arrivato il kit come in descrizione, la qualità è buona rispetto al prezzo ma ho meno combinazioni di peso

ma occhio alla chiusura dei periodi... Non è stabilissimo, ma fanno comunque il loro lavoro

Me decidi a comprarlo porque traia maletin.Pues maletin roto entero,pero entero.No lo recomiendo para nada.Para que trabajais con seur encima que son los mas desastres de todos

I pesi in totale sono 10 Kg a manubrio , quindi si può comporre anche un solo manubrio da 20 , facili da montare e non tendono ad arrugginirsi

Deja reçu 3 jours en retard,et en plus il ce sont tromper de matériel j'ai reçu une barre a haltère alors que le produit et des haltère simple de 20kg

Pacco arrivato entro la data prevista,attrezzatura in ottime condizioni senza nessun tipo di anomalie..l'unica pecca è che i pesi in totale sono 16 kg non è specificato dal rivenditore che i 20 kg includono i 4 kg dei manubri ( 2kg a manubrio)

articolo di buona qualità bello anche dal punto di vista estetico, unica pecca la valigetta un po' schiacciata in un angolo dovuto probabilmente a urti durante il trasporto in quanto l'imballaggio era senza imbottitura di polistirolo.

Super veloce ma la 24h di plastica era spaccata. Ma d'altronde non c'è nessun tipo di problema in quanto mi serve solamente come contenitore.
