There were several damages from shipping but nothing that inhibited atructually being able to put together. Also the damages were not visible after assembly so all good there. Looks great. Fixed the installation issue with the heat....All is well and we love the unit so far.

Product arrived pretty quickly, and delivery was easy. The sauna came in 3 separate boxes, all on a pallet. Assembling the sauna was pretty straightforward and easy. Instructions were good. I just about put it together by myself, but I would suggest having 2 people, at least to put on the top of the sauna. Makes connecting the wires easy. Takes about 20 mins to get up to the 130 range, but gets hot and stays hot. I’m a fan and excited to fully incorporate this into the routine.

First of all I am grateful to have a sauna for me this was no small indulgence. pro’s I really like the look. Easy to assemble. Con’s. it does not get anywhere near 149 degrees c the closest it gets is about 135 the temperature indicator they provide will show 147 but every temperature measurement device I have used indicates much lower. Attention to detail is poor there 3 extra unexplained holes in the bottom section of the sauna I received along with split wood that guards the heating element. Tracking of the oder was nonexistent at one point they reached out to me asking if I know of it’s whereabouts.. could go no but I’m out of room. After I removing and replacing the (what was told to me) was the host unit, there was some improvement so I changed my rating. My impression is that this company is trying but has lost attention to detail.
