Love these - and they're stackable!
These Easequick ice cube trays are great. They are made of silicone and are very flexible. This means it's really easy to get the ice cubes out (just be careful when you're carrying the freshly filled trays to the freezer!!). The product information mentioned their might be an odour, but I wasn't aware of one. I just washed the trays before using them and they have been fine. The lids mean the ice cube trays are stackable, which is brilliant. We have one of those pull out shelves in our freezer specifically for ice cube trays and two of these are the perfect height to fit.The ice cubes themselves are a generous size too. Overall, I'm delighted with these ice cube trays and might even get more (as we go through so much ice in the summer).

Easequick Ice Cube Trays
These are very flexible and initially I was concerned that with the weight of water they would flop open and spill the contents everywhere. In fact the base is less malleable than the lid so, provided the tray is filled on a flat surface, it’s easy enough to press the more flexible lid into place stretching the edges over the retaining rim. This is then quite secure and didn’t allow any seepage that I could see. My real concern here is with the instructions to clean the trays copied as follows. “Wash the ice cube tray with clean water before use, then put it in a microwave or oven and heat it at high temperature for 10 minutes to reduce the odor. Finally, wash it thoroughly with diswashing liquid and then rinse it with clean water”. Whilst using an oven would be fine, water heated in a microwave for 10 minutes could result in the water becoming superheated and the slightest movement can have the effect of it exploding causing severe scalding. I would play safe and microwave for no longer than 3-4 minutes at the most. I left a tray overnight in the freezer and on removing it was very easy to break out all the ice cubes simply by twisting the trays. £13 for the two is a fair price.

Easy to use, does the job perfectly
My freezer was delivered with an ice tray, but it's a small one and I needed to stock up on ice cubes due to an injury I need to ice regularly. So I got this set of trays, which is really a straightforward product that does exactly what it's meant to do, and is very easy to use.The silicon trays are very flexible and bendy, due to this you'll still need to be careful when carrying them to the freezer, but on the other hand they also make it super easy to get the ice cubes out -- and one by one if needed: no more shaking and pressing a rigid tray hoping for 1-2 cubes, and ending up with 10 in your hands. Since I was already careful anyway with the rigid tray, this is all good for me for sure. The lids are also fairly flexible, they wrap around the sides of the tray nicely; although they don't constitute a tight seal, they're enough to keep water from spilling while carrying the trays. The ice cubes themselves are also quite large, twice the size of the ones I got with my old tray. This is a very nice bonus.

Surprisingly good
When these first arrived I was a little worried they’d be a bit too flimsy with their silicone construction however I was pleasantly surprised. You fill the container 3/4 full with water, push the silicone lid on and then carefully place flat into your freezer. The lid does surprisingly stop leaks during moving of the tray. It won’t stand up to being thrown about but it didn’t leak at all between my sink and the freezer which was great. When frozen the ice cubes were incredibly easy to push out of the soft silicone. The easiest I’ve ever seen in an ice cube block. Plus the ice cubes are a reasonable size so last a good time before they melt. The cube spaces are also big enough to take small berries or chunks of fruit if you want to jazz your ice up a bit for special occasions.Best of all these wash up easily so you can also use them to freeze fruit juices or stock cubes or any other small portionable food item.

Brilliant Ice Cube trays
These trays solve the problem that I have always had in the past with Ice Cube trays - they prevent spillage and ice buildup in my freezer! Having the lids on means I can fill the trays up, make a space in the bottom of one of the drawers, put the trays in and then refil the drawer / close the freezer up and I have no spillage. It is also easy to extract the cubes once frozen as the silicone flexes easily and the cubes just pop out - perfect for the festive party season.

Uneven ice cubes due to wicking
I initially filled these quite full, and upon checking once frozen I saw they were all sorts of uneven. The water had wicked towards the centre compartments of each tray, leaving the outer ones quite empty. I re-tried filling to ¾ full and a bit better with more even sizing to the cubes. The lids are a good seal, and I found it easy to transfer from the draining board once filled to the freezer drawer. Easy to press the ice cubes out once frozen, they just pop out. Big ice cubes too. I didn’t do the prep for cleaning them as suggested, and to be honest I didn’t notice any downside to not doing this. Bit pricey though at £13 for two when ordered.
