I use it in a 200 litre planted aquarium, it reaches the back of the aquarium easily, all the little nooks get cleaned without uprooting the plants. It is so simple to operate, really sturdy, is an excellent length, so I make next to no mess, 15 years of fishkeeping large aquariums using a variety of different syphons and vacuums this is the best one yet.
