Best monitor I have ever had. I have used it daily for about a 1.5 years. Never an issue. It does everything one expects for a high-end monitor except the built-in speakers produce low-quality sound and not reasonably loud. I added a pair of very old, cheap USB-powered that improved sound by 10x and the volume by 2x.

I’m not sure what the fuss is all about with screen clarity and build quality. This is my first curved monitor and I love it. Text is super crisp and everything looks great. The base is firm and I’m not worried about it cracking or anything at all. Seems solid to me. Definitely would recommend getting this Acer monitor. For anyone hooking up to a MacBook, I couldn’t get the resolution to be wqhd, it was stuck on 1080 then I realized the monitor needs to be on and the MacBook lid needs to be closed and it given time to finish its handshake. I came back later and it fixed itself then researched why and it’s all to do with getting the connection to full power and resetting the display handshake with closing the lid. Now it works flawlessly every time. Just make sure the monitor is turned on before opening the MacBook lid so that it establishes the external display handshake and it works great. I’d buy another if I needed it and I might do so for even more work space.

Incredible monitor for the price, Im a competitive gamer who plays cs2 and Ive noticed identifying and reacting to targets is easy due to the 180hz and 1ms response time. Only leaving a 4 star because the first one I got had a dead pixel right in the middle of the panel which was frustrating, however the second panel I got had no such issue, not sure how things like that get passed qa but I digress. I will note that if you set overdrive to extreme in the monitor settings you will notice some color blurring so I would keep that on normal. All in all I think the 31.5 inches is a great size and the curve is subtle and looks immersive. Again for the price you really cant do much better considering similar monitors from the competition go for 250 to sometimes 300 for the same features

This was a gift for my son. He uses this monitor instead of the television. Perfect for a teenager, someone working from home, a gamer and everyone else.
