Max Natural Nasal Spray with Xylitol, 45 ml (Pack of 1)

Works surprisingly well. Simple to apply and not too harsh on the soft delicate tissues of the nose. Bit of a surprise the first time of use but fine. Tastes sweet. Side effect, slight discharge of dribble for a few seconds, helps clear the passages. Quite expensive but a big bottle so cost effective.

Fab for Autistic sensory teen. Bought at the start of winter as a Nadsal relief. Effective and tolerated.

Good product but not for me

Absolutely awful product! Stings when you spray it up the nostril and the price makes your eyes water! Rubbish!

I read reviews that it was very strong but I found it ok . It helps to keep sinus clear

Steroid free but effective!

Bought this for my daughter. Her doctor was telling her she need surgery on her sinus the clean her nasal passages. She used this for a couple of weeks. Cleared her sinuses!!! THIS PRODUCT IS STRONG. I personally have been using the RESCUE VERSION of this nasal spray for the last 5 years. Everytime i get a running nose or scratchy throat, I spray this through those days and by the end of the day the symtoms are gone. I havent been sick with a cold since I started using this product. Ive everyone of my friends and family using this product. GREAT EFFECTIVE PRODUCT TO BATTLE COLD SYMPTOMS.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AND ALL THEIR NASAL SRAYS

Clears out mucous just fine

I had failed to use nasal spray with steroid to fix my nasal sinus issue for many years. Those drugs lead to nose bleed eventually and then the allergy comes back even stronger. Using 12-hour decongestant in addition to diphenhydramine are the only way to provide temporary relief over the years. But using first generation anti-histamine can cause long-term health issue on my body. I read that they can increase risk of dementia, and that is even more scary than bad allergy. And long-term use of decongestant can impact your BP and heart health. When I accidently come across this drug-free nasal spray on the internet, I decide to give it a try. Preliminary results seem favorable. I don't feel unpleasant, such as burning sensation, when using it. If I keep moisturizing my nasal passage and use this MAX nasal spray as needed, that can be a good solution for most days. I will update this review if I feel any unpleasant long-term effect using this spray.

I have used the xylitol sprays before but always had to revert to the medicated nasal sprays on bad days. Until this came along! With consistent use, this has finally weaned me off the medicated nasal sprays and keeps me mostly clear so I can sleep and breath. This is a new staple in my daily routine.
