It's the flavor my husband loves, and when he gets peckish in the evening (read "hungry after dinner") he just drinks one of these. We take them on the road as well, so he has something to drink in the car. I know I make him sound like a baby, but I do the same thing, except I like the other flavors, cafe latte and peanut butter. These come in a big pack, so you have a ton to keep in the pantry. They are easy to open, so you know they're fresh. You can refrigerate if you like, but we never do (unless they've been opened and not finished). I use mine with a cup of coffee sometimes to enhance the flavor/protein content. So yes, it is mixable. I don't care about the ingredients so much in terms of what good stuff is in there, but I will tell you this. When I worked the night shift in the ER, these kept me going even when I didn't have enough time for dinner and just kept running around seeing patients. Don't know if it has chocolate in it at all, and wouldn't expect it in this flavor. But it isn't chunky, ever, and so that makes it easier to use than the powders. Very happy we buy these. You can get them shipped to the house so it's little effort. And love the variety, too. A+ quality.

I of this premier protein vanilla shakes. They have 30 g of protein and a quite filling. I drink one instead of having a meal and I’m quite satisfied the low in calories and have a great taste to them as I said they filled me up and leave me feeling satisfied.

I love using these vanilla Premier Protein shakes in my coffee. They add a creamy vanilla flavor while helping me get 30 grams of protein without much effort. One shake lasts through more than one cup for me, and it is an easy alternative to regular creamer. The flavor blends well with both hot and iced coffee, and the shakes are convenient to keep on hand for busy mornings. I love these drinks, I just put them in the refrigerator because they are definitely better when they're cold, shake them up and drink them. You can definitely drink them in one setting but I normally drink them throughout the day just to curb hunger until dinner time. They have a great amount of protein in them, more than most of the other protein drinks. Shake it up and the consistency is thin and I never find any clumping. They are a wonderful flavor of vanilla but not overwhelming. The boost brand is too strong of flavor I do not like them at all this is a little more subtle but an obvious flavor. These also work really good too put a splash in your coffee. They do not upset my tummy at all even when I first started drinking them when I wasn't used to them, I had no problem at all. Big bonus is they are so much cheaper to just buy them through Amazon, the store is about $5 more expensive. And I get multiple flavors so it ends up saving me a good amount of money every month

Who says vanilla is boring? The vanilla Premier Protein Shake is the best the company offers, and it's by far the best I've tasted. Best served cold if you're drinking it straight, I've been using these to start my morning for over a year now. My wife adds a shake to her morning coffee and even brings one along if we're running through Starbucks' drive thru while I'm driving her to work. She says it's better than adding cream and extra shots of a syrup, and of course it's much healthier. As with any protein shake, the texture takes a little getting used to. Your brain wants it to be creamier than it is, but it has the consistency of a nut milk more than a milk shake. Once you've gotten used to it, the taste is strangely comforting, a bit like having a bowl of cereal or oatmeal in drinkable form. They come in many different flavors, but we like vanilla the best because it's also the most easily blended into other drinks. High-quality protein shakes. Definitely recommend.

My doctor recommended that I add a protein shake to my diet as I have never been a big breakfast person. I found Premier Protein shake in the local grocery store. 30g of protein. Low sugar making it an ideal choice. After chilling them in the fridge, shake well and enjoy. The best part about them is the taste. The variety of flavors that I have tried thus far are amazing and do not give a medicinal aftertaste. In fact they give a “milkshake” vibe. I drink one to start my day.
