Good buy
I almost didn't purchase, due to some of the reviews. I glad I ignored them a brought the bike trainer stand. I love it. It was an easy setup and fit perfectly.

Well built and easy to setup
Pleasantly surprised with the quality. It's well built, sturdy, and comes fully assembled! The quick release that came with it fit my track bike fork perfectly which was really nice too. Packs up small. Has a wide adjustment range for bike size and resistance. And it comes with a strap to hold it all together when it's folded.

Good Bike Trainer for your Bicycle.
Works much better than expected, fitness stores will not carry bike trainers where I live. I only need it for Winter and rainy days. A regular full size exercise bicycle is hard to put away, this is easy and you can take it with you. You get to use your own bike and can use it with older bikes, only the front wheel needs to be removed. You use your own gears to increase resistance during your cycling. Good balance is required! I've used this with my fitness watch and with Apple Fitness+ on my TV.
