Tastes good! I don’t even need to dilute it in water, I just put the spoon under my tongue and let it melt. It’s very sticky, so you have to be careful not to get it on your clothes. The following time I purchased Shilajit I tried another company and it didn't work as well. I tried gummies from a 3rd company and they worked even less. I tried dried tablets from a 4th company and they worked about as well as the gummies. I went back to this and I feel the difference again. This product works very well and so far am really happy with it.

This product is well packaged and protected with foam inside the box. Some of the resin leaked out likely during shipping (especially if on an airplane) but the seal was intact. I don’t think the leakage was the sellers fault. Regardless of that, it tastes pure and is a wonderful boost to start my day.
