These were perfect for me
I started wearing compression for POTS, because they really help with the symptoms. These were perfect for me. In terms of compression it's definitely a 5 star product. I think they are also durable and sturdy. They are not uncomfortable either, but the high compression makes them taxing to put on - so bear that in mind. They are completely opaque and I loved them so much I bought the black ones too. The only reason I gave a 4 star review, is because the material is a bit coarse and not soft at all. It's not uncomfortable, but it's not pleasant either.

Fine stockings that do their job
I usually use the Jobst brand compression stockings, but they are quite expensive so I decided to try these. The compression of these stockings are comparable to the Jobst ones I own. I like these and they work just fine. I don't have swollen or tired legs after working 10 shifts while standing on my feet all day which means they are doing their job. The open toe doesn't bother me either. I like having my toes free and the band at the end of the stockings that go across your toes do not squeeze or hurt my feet. I have very small feet so if you have wide or large feet then it might be too tight. I see some people are saying that these do not fit for them, but you have to use the size chart to see what size is right for you. These are meant to be tight so if you want something not as constricting then you might want to choose a less mmHg.

High-maintenance wearer finally finds great compression stockings!
These were great! I have to wear them when I fly for varicose veins. I can't wear the thigh-high ones because I'm allergic to the little dots of rubber (latex?) that are inside the top edge to hold them up. However, I have some pelvic pain issues so the ones that compress the stomach hurt. These are not compression above the legs, so they stayed up like stockings should, but didn't hurt. Very pleased and would recommend!

Sizing Is Way Off!!
I opted for these compression tights because the brand I have used previously was unavailable. I am a nurse working long hours on my feet and I have POTS, an autonomic nervous system disorder that causes low blood pressure and a high heart rate.I followed the size chart and measured myself to be a XXXL. I’m no skinny model, but I was surprised to see that their size chart had me at a 3XL. I’m 5’6” and weigh 170lbs. I wear size 14 jeans (sometimes size 12 depending on the brand and fit). My scrubs are Cherokee work wear, size Medium. There’s no way I’m actually a 3XL. But I decided to follow their size chart and I ordered these in size 3XL.They’re too small. The compression strength is great, hence the 2 stars, but otherwise these are ridiculous. I can’t even get them all the way on, they’re THAT SMALL.

Foot area too big!
These are pretty good, BUT. The foot area is really big (I wear a women's 6.5-7 shoe). They bag around the top of my feet and my ankles, and my foot slips around when I walk. The heel area also rides up to my ankle/calf. I'm disappointed, because otherwise there's good compression, but I'd be embarrassed to wear these outside the house (and my foot slips around so much I'm afraid they'd make me fall)

Wildly wrong sizes. NOT fully opaque.
I have a 26.5" waist and wear a size 2 jeans. I ordered a medium stocking based on the chart and I could barely get in them. Once I did, it was difficult to bend my legs or move properly so I had to pull them right off.The foot portions were so long they were covering my last 3 toes, which was incredibly uncomfortable. I'm a size 7/7.5 shoe, so I can't imagine someone having legs small enough to wear these but feet big enough to not be enveloped by them.I've worn several other brands of compression and usually wear a small/medium. I would have needed a Large or XL in this brand, which is ridiculous.Just to ice the cake, they were only semi-opaque. More like a thick stocking, so I would definitely need to wear pants/a dress over them.

5'1" 82lbs and couldn't get the size S past my ankles
Had I been able to get these past my ankles, I'm sure the compression they'd have provided would have been superb.Unfortunately however, I could not manage to get these past my ankles.I am 5'1" and barely 82 lbs. I ordered a S and almost fell out of my chair trying to wrestle with these.I just suffered congestive heart failure, so I will admit I am not as strong as I was before, but I don't think lack of strength was the reason I could not manage to pull these on.They are either extremely mis-sized or I received a defective pair.I did give this item 2 stars for the following reasons:- the feel of the stockings are thick and feel like they would be durable. I was afraid that my pulling and tugging might possibly cause either a snag or a tear, but not the case.- the seller gets my 2 stars for being professional and respectful in allowing me to return this.

As described..read review
I am a registered nurse as well as an advanced practitioner in family practice. I recommend compression hose daily for patients with a variety of chronic illness. I have significant peripheral vascular disease and these hose are almost too much compression to wear on a daily basis. I recommend for the average varicose vein/leg swelling patient to decrease the compression to less than 20 mmhg. These are perfectly tailored though for those with advanced disease. I recommend that you start slowly wearing these for a few hours a day until you’re used to them. Love the open toe feature! Minimal compression in the panty area. I am 6’ 220lbs and XXXL was recommended on the size chart..near perfect fit for me.
