I ordered an ibell humidifier from your company Greens Industries through AMAZON, which was received yesterday on 15/02/2026. After unboxing and checking, it was found that the on/off, timer etc. switch touch in the said unit is not working, so I immediately PACKED the BOX and placed a return/replacement order. So is your company not testing the pre delivery instrument? From now on, the replacement unit is expected to be delivered only after it is fully tested by you. after replacement i will update my review Thank you.

Bad product do not buy , this is worst purchase , first they sent me a damaged piece with plastic burnt inside and now I just opened it up and find out it did not work It came like this as shown in pictures
